Was Anybody Else Disappointed... (Wind Waker Spoilers)

Was anybody else disappointed that you didn't get to fight, or even really see, Ganon's monster form in The Wind Waker?

I mean, I didn't really expect it, anyway, but the cutscene before the Puppet Ganon fight was just a tease. Bit of a let down if you ask me.

WW was my first Zelda game, so I didn't know what to expect.
But even if I did play other games before then, I wouldn't expect Ganon to be in every game that involves Ganondorf as well.

Not really, Puppet Ganon was good enough for me: His 1st form was nothing special, but the 2nd and 3rd forms were pretty cool and has nice themes.

Not that it really matters, the epic fight against Ganondorf makes up for pretty much any fault in the game...

I really didn't think Puppet Ganon was that bad actually.

I thought puppet Ganon was a fun enough boss.
I didnt mind that we never saw a proper 'monster Ganon' as you put it. In my opinion puppet Ganon went well with the cartoony theme of WW.

Well, it looked like Ganon was going to transform.

Then he turned into a puppet, and I was a tad confused for a moment.
