When you play the game for second time,Link does not wear the green clothes and hat but his regular blue.But when you defeat Ganondorf,the video with the Link and the princess in the surfase show him with the green clothes again,why?

Yeah i noticed that as well, its either an error or they didnt want to have to go into the trouble of changing that scene for the second play through file (laziness).

I honestly didn't notice the change...I was actually somewhat bored by then, so I wasn't paying attention.

I believe it's because Link was wearing the Hero's New Clothes, which only a hero could see. When Link defeated Ganondorf at the end of the game, he became a true hero, and was thus able to see the clothes.
