...that you never got to fight Flying Fire Skull Ganon? I thought it was such a shame that such a cool incarnation of Ganon got relegated to only being in cut scenes. Fighting the Firey Skull woud have been awesome, and made for an amazing finale!!(Not that it isn't amazing the way it is!)

I've not gotten that far yet, but by the sounds of it, yeah that would've been a nice addition!

It would be pretty great to see a Zelda game, built from the ground up for the Wii. It's got so much potential! I'm playing TP on a new (used) Gamecube.

Not really, I thought he was silly. They were just trying to somewhat shamelessly popularize on the recent success of the LotR movies through referencing, but all I have to say about that is: No thanks, not in my Zelda games.

I don't think they were trying to copy LOTR. Sure the Goron Mines boss did look like Balrog but that was the only one that I knew of at was like LOTR. I don't think the Fiery Head Ganondorf would of been good at all as a last boss.

Yeah, that would have been awesome. But not Link vs Skull ganon. Even better, Midna vs skull ganon, but then you would have to lose no matter what, so they'd have to change the plot.

No, I concur with Stuit, it was silly. And a battle against it would be silly too. What I would have liked to fight would be Phantom Ganon, however. He would have a cool design in those graphics.

Yeah it really was bad looking. It reminds me of the end of starfox64. When you beat the easy ending after the credits you see andross' head, it looks like "fire Ganon". But to be fair I really liked the TP end battle,although, The sword fight at the end was to easy in my opinion.

It wasnt until I saw the disapointment on the forums did it ever crossed my mind.

I guess I am sorta disapointed. Not majorly, I suppose it would be interested to see what kind of attacks he would use in that form and how you would fight him. Im thinking something along the lines of Light Arrows.

I really don't think that would have worked. I think that was more or less a spiritual form, not a physical form, and hence not fight-able.
