Snowpeak Ruins, A Broken Hookshot, and the Lying Chandelier.

Hello.
Im stuck.


Ive gotten to the part in Snowpeak ruins where you pass the two caged blowing Ice monsters, the locked door, the cannon, and you go into a room where you break the Ice to refeal a hookshot target on the wall and...


what?

I got stuck here.

I was able to target the Chandelier, I got a lock on, but no matter where or how I hit it with the hookshot nothing happened.
I even fell to the bottom floor to see if that would help, but I couldnt even get a lock on then.

I checked the guide. and yes. I am meant to hoot the light fixture.

But I might as well be shooting at a brick wall for all the good its doing me.





Please help.
