Shadow Beings?

Ok so I made my way up to Zoras domain by transforming into the wolf and then having the shadow bird take me up the river. Well I transformed back into a human right at the top of the river where that little house is and that woman. I dind't know that a new portal was going to appear and now I'm human and fighting those three shadow beings that drop from the portal and I can't kill them because they have to die all at the same time and I don't know if there is a way to do it as a human. I accidently and stupidly saved my progress upon dying and now I'm stuck there as a human with no way to transform back into a wolf to use midna to help me kill all three because that woman is standing there. Does anyone know of anyway to kill those things as a human.?

The only way I know of doing it is to let them surround you and use your spin attack (it takes two with the ordon sword).

P.S. You have to do it as a human, unless you wait till you can freely transform between wolf and human form.

I am to the point where I can freely transform between them the problem is that there is that woman next to the house and midna keeps telling me that I can't transform there because it would scare her. So it's not working out so well.

Oh, right I forgot you can't transform there. Well, just try the spin attack when they are surrounding you (it should only take one with the master sword). That always works for me.
