Arbiters grounds to un sacry?

Well here i was just thinking of something to rant about when into my head comes the fact that in most Zelda games they've had one scary temple in ocarina it was the shadow temple, but alas in twilight there is no scary temple some would argue that Arbiters grounds is "scary" but I would have to disagree. I was playing through the game for my first time and when i heard about Arbiters grounds being a prison where many were killed I thought yes a scary temple! But when I reached there it wasn't that scary sure you have the little skeletons and the redeads but it didn't cut it for me I was hoping for something that would give me nightmares. I love the scary temples in Zelda but again was disappointed by arbiters grounds, going further into the temple I come to the spinner the fight for it was a cool one but still lacked the fear I was looking for. After the fight I though okay almost to the boss Stallord was a cool fight I enjoyed it but still it lacked something a sort of fear factor it had potential and the temple was great but still it wasn't as scary as it could have been. Again I state that the temple had the potential to be the scariest in zelda history I was hoping for a Shadow temple in Oot to be duplicated with more scary results. It was a fun temple but lacked the fear factor I was hoping for I mean come on you'd expect an ancient execution prison to have a fear factor but it didn't cut it for me I hope you enjoyed reading.

It was the scariest dungeon in the game, but I would have liked something more scary yeh. I got scared in the Shadow Temple. Maybe though thats because it was 10 years ago and I was only 7. But I'd like to have something that would still scare the bejesus out of me now! Stone Tower Temple was quite creepy I thought in MM, a lot of Ikana was though. The Hyrule Castle Graveyard in TP was a little creepy but not enough to make you nervous to walk round a corner incase a redead started screaming at you and attacking you. Doesn't make my personal score of Twilight Princess lower, but In the next game, hopefully there might be some real scary stuff !

Some people might find it scary, and others might not. It's just a matter of opinion.

I suppose Arbiters Grounds is creepy, but thinking about it, a scary temple doesn't make Zelda what it is, its the gameplay, the storyline, the characters etc.

Arbiter's grounds was supossaed to be scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*faints*after he comes ot of his coma In my opinan it was a failed attemt,as sone as a learned they ment for it to be scary. It was the same with Ikana in MM.I cept on my toes at the bottem of the well,but I was't scared.

Are you just agreeing with an older member too look better? Because you just said you agree with Dodongo King. Anyway The Arbiter's grounds was not nearly as scary as the City in The Sky. That place was like a giant freaky clown and you had to fight through his intestines just to get to the Dragon in his rectum... So, yeah TP did have a scary level.

Well, considering Ocarina of Time came out around 10 years ago, it seems plausible that you were perhaps more easily scared back then.

Ya it could've been a little scarier but it was still pretty creepy . It would be cool if there was a really creepy one in the next game. Or maybe not too scary.
