Is this cutscene real? I hear people say they never saw this, and I am nto far enough in the game to ahev seen it, so cna anyone confirm if its real?

It is real. You see it after you free the Lanayru province from Twilight. The people who say they never say it must not have gotten to that point yet.

Edit : I though it was after the 3rd dugeun.

Definitely real, I remember staring at the screen blankly for five minutes after it trying to figure out WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED.

And X-Play is hilarious sometimes.

"The game can be pretty glitchy sometimes. And by 'pretty glitchy,' I mean I drove through a mountain."

"Spyhunter, the upcoming movie, based on the game, based on the movie."

"But what does 'Nanostray' mean? Well, 'nano' means 'very small,' and a 'stray' is a lost animal, so we can only assume that it means a microscopic lost puppy."

Well it doesnt seem very Zeldaish, i mean zelda usually doesnt have another charector holding a knife about to murder you.

It's definitely 100% authentically legitimate and totally official with a twist of Lemon, umm... minus the twist of Lemon. As Link Lord stated it is also very dark.

I remember how crazy and dark this seemed at the time.

I haven't played TP in so long I forgot how random and creepy that was. The thing with hundreds of Ilias floating is the wierdest. It seems like something Vincint Van Goe would paint.

It was a bizarre event in the game, but you have to remember that Twilight Princess is based on a dark storyline. With the involvement of fused shadows and everything, you have to remember that the fused shadows did dark things in Hyrule's past and it shows how it affected people, hence Ilia stabbing Link with the knife.

Yeah it is pretty dark. I liked Ocarina of Time's one better! :

I found Ocarina to be much darker. This scene was just completely irrelevant nonsense, it didn't have anything to do with anything in the game.

Of course it's real! It's thoroughly freaky though. Those interloper guys are REALLY freaky. What I don't really understand is when Link runs up to them in slow - motion and they cast their magic - stuff at him, he dissolves and replaces the interloper in the middle. Then he gets all "Oh. I'm evil now. Cool. World domintaion is at hand." I don't get that. It makes no sense! I've seen the cutscene at twice. Someone finally posted it on Youtube, I watched it there and I STILL don't get it!
Would someone try to explain how for a brief moment Link became evil?

Yeah, it's real, and it reminds us all that TP was rated T. I thought that guy'd give me nightmares, but it didn't, I'm happy to report.

It was scary, though. I was clutching my dad through just about the whole thing, since we play together. Very dark for LoZ.

I was really freaked out when I saw it -- I was home alone at night. *shivers* it was all I coud think about for the next week. It had a huge impact on me... don't really know why. Maybe because you're playing as Link and so you kind of feel like you're in the game and when he goes all creepy and evil, I was all like, " NOOOO!!!! This can't be happening! This can't be happening!"

Hm...it's actually not that scary. I felt wholly underwhelmed by it. It was just...I didn't like the cutscene direction at all; I can understand why you would feel it was out of place. And Link pulls the most adorable, dorky faces so there was no way I could take it seriously.
