Legend of Zelda: Collectors Edition

That depends on what you want.

Collectors Edition:
* Ocarina of Time (Good game)
* Majora's Mask (Good game, but crashes sometimes)
* Legend of ZELDA (Good game)
* Adventure of Link (Bad game)
* The Wind Waker (Good game, but a demo)

Limited Edition Wind Waker
* The Wind Waker (Good game)
* Ocarina of Time (Good game)
* Master Quest (I think it's easier than the original)

I have both, so I recommend CE.

I have two copies, from working in a retail store at the time of their release, and being allowed to take a few copies at the end of the promotion.

As for if you should get it, it depends, really. Do you the games featured on the disc (LoZ, AoL, OoT and MM) on other consoles? If you do, then I'd suggest Master Quest, because it's something different, even if it is just a bit.

Ren and Stimpy = Classic^.

If you already have the cartridge of Majora's Mask, I would suggest the Master Quest disc. Majora's Mask is really the only reason to get the disc, and it has glitches anyway. In fact, I traded my old collectors edtion for a Majora's Mask cartridge. I havent regretted it at all.
