Ocarina and Wind Waker connection?

When I first played on TWW and saw the intro, I suddenly noticed that that was the OoT storyline. And also, it has a small connection to MM.

Yes, that's the conclusion we should have all come to after seeing the intro. At least, the OoT reference.

TWW is a sequel to OoT, just as MM is. Since this info should be obvious to anyone who's played/heard of OoT, and old news, I can't see any good discussion coming out of it.
