The Hookers of Castletown
If you go to the Castletown Central Square at dusk and go to the western edge (eastern for Wii people) yet stay in the center but just look at the western part (eastern for Wii people) you will eventually see a pretty frocked woman with a nice umbrella on the arm of some guy walking down the road. Eventually they will separate near the homeless guy and the girl will start her workday. She and another "lady of the night" will wait there but ALAS! If you actually walk into the western part (you know) you will scare her and she will be gone! Tragic I know. Well, it ain't Grandthef Auto but what can you do?

It could just be a couple then the other woman could be a friend. I really don't know. And how odd of you to find this...haha.
