Can you be Dark Link? Find out here

my sources tell me that the character Dark Link is in Twilight Princess but only in the gamecube version. In Link's basement you'll notice a mirror, stare into the mirror and turn out your lamp. Go into first person view and look in the mirror it's Dark Link. Now I'm not sure if you let Link stand in front of the mirror or look in the mirror in first person view so try both. Anyway leave the game unpaused for about 3 hours with Link near the mirror. When you come back Dark Link should be standing in front of the mirror staring at Link in the mirror. Now remember this cheat only works with gamecube but if you are willing enough you can try it for Wii.

Are you definitely sure that really works? I have my doubts on it. Maybe a video for proof?

I have Twilight Princess on the Wii and there is a freaky looking Link standing in front of the mirror when the lamp is off. I highly doubt that it is Dark Link. Just Link's reflection without the light.

I don't know. It just sounds like another one of those false rumours to me...

I am not sure if it works for Wii but I am pretty sure it will work on gamecube so really ya I'm sure.

this sounds like a lie like when peaople said you could get the triforce in oot they m ade out as if you had to run around a tree ten times then shoot zelda with a flame arror then do this that and the other and it was bull.

Yes. This is what I'm talking about.

I don't believe in it until there is an actual video to show whether this rumor is true or not.

There was no way to gain access to the Triforce in the Ocarina of Time. Just rumors.

Its just a glitch cause ive done it myself. If you look in a mirror on GC and turn off lanturn, it looks like ur dark link. As soon as you move your normal. Nothing special at all

As for the 3 hour unpaused thing to fight, that's total crap

That's what I was about to say. There's always this 3 hour wait thing for something unbelievable to happen. Not to upset you BountyTracker 21. I'm sorry, but I don't believe in any of this!

The water unfreezes when the credits roll. Although you don't see it happening in process. How else would the Zora's come dancing at Lon Lon ranch for the big party? It was cool that party...

Or naming your character 'Zelda' and then you instantly turn into adult Link as soon as you reach Zelda's castle. Right.

No cheat only works after 3 hours, that's just waaaay too long

If it does work, are yo able to walk around as Dark Link?

This guy is lying, you actually have to attack the mirror with a specific combo, attack to the left, then right, forward and a jump attack, now hit the mirror with the shield, and if you did it correctly, you should be able to do a helm splitter after the 3 hours, when you helm split the mirror, you have to make a back slice, turn on the lantern and attack it with each one of the bottles in the order they are listed in the inventory from up to down, after that, go upstairs, get down again, use the fishing rod and you'll fish Dark Link, and you'll have to fight him, if you defeat him, you will unlock him to play.

Bountytracker21 is missing A LOT of info.
