Collector's Edition Annoyance

I'm REALLY annoyed now, I just spent all three days doing Honey & Darling's heart piece thing, the deku play ground and the Kafei & Anju notebook entry, I did the first two and got my pieces of heart then was on my way to Ikanu Village to complete the Kafei & Anju entry one of those stupid bombrats hit epona and the game just crashes, meaning I have to do it ALL again. -_-'

Its crashed a few times but I thought that was something up with my Gamecube so I played it on the wii and now it does this.

As soon as i saw the title of this thread i knew what it was about. The collectors edition has ruined MM for me. Maybe Nintendo are finding it hard to port MM and that is why it's not out for VC yet.

So what other bugs are there with the MM on Collector's Edition?

the sound, the speed of the game, the graphics are slightly jerky, it is quite a buggy game really

I get really pissed off at MM on GC. I did the whole stone tower thing and my game froze. man, I GET SO MAD AT MM ON GC! ive had it froze on me like 12 times. Its brand new to!

Odd, it has never crashed or froze or anything for me...

The only thing you can do is save your game as many times as possible. For some it's just bad luck and timing, but there's nothing you can do. Hopefully they'll release Majora's Mask on the Virtual Console soon and it won't be as buggy. I doubt either would happen though. Nintendo is slow as heck with the VC updating..

Just save after every big play. (not that I do...)

I had almost completed the oh so annoying Great Bay Temple, and then the damn game froze! AAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH! It makes me so mad!

Hopefully Nintendo will release a better port on the virtual console.

But what I find odd is that why is it just MM that has these problems? OOT, AOL, and LoZ all work fine on the collectors edition.

It's only frozen once for me, and I was screwing around so luckily I didn't loose anything big.

I've had to do the Pirates Fortress + Great Bay Temple twice now....with a third time on the way....
1. Because it froze in the middle of the temple.
2. I was up to Gyrog and the moon crashed and I thought the game saved your progress (how you forget things after not playing it for years)
So I'm back up to the Egg collecting again, and I have no desire to continue...it really is frustrating.

Majoras Mask gets really annoying on collectors i have the collectors and oot loz aol all work except for majora not to mention sometimes i save it and it doesn't save also does any body know where i can get a walkthrought for mm.

My advice? Play it on an emulator. It's legal as long as you own the actual game. AND: it actually plays BETTER. XP

Well if you save right after you collect the eggs you keep the song and never have to collect the eggs again.

I HATE LAGGING! My Collector's Edition MM ALWAYS lags! The Deku Temple was hard for me because the game kept lagging while I was flying! Then when it caught up I didn't land where I needed to! GRRRR!

Thats what happened to the guys who did the 48hr challenge. MM kept on crashing on them and they had to redo it 3 times. They would have made it too if it wasn't for MM...
