The most disappointing moment in Twilight Princess’s story line

The legend of Zelda Twilight princes is a very good game it has interesting combat and the story is pretty good (it can sometimes be confusing but really good). I can tell you only one thing that really disappointed me about it though (and I don't know if anyone else felt this way about it). You all know the point when Llia recovered her memories of Link and all the others right? And then everyone left them alone in the shamans house so they could talk only what really made me yell at the screen was the fact that Link had a perfectly good chance to kiss her only he didn't I mean I found myself yelling at the screen saying "GO FOR IT COME ON MAN DON’T BLOW IT!” ( I know it’s kind of weird but I mean it would’ve helped bring some romance to the story which would help out the rest of it because you knew that Link would be fighting for someone he cares about), But he didn't and it just made me kind of irritated because he had a chance and blew it. But then again The Legend of Zelda games aren’t really for romance so I can understand why Nintendo never had them kiss but still that was the perfect time if any because we know that Llia and Link have a special relationship. I guess Link is a type of guy who rides off into the sunset without the girl (or is too good for her) I don't know. But anyway what was your most disappointing or outrageous part of the legend of Zelda Twilight princess’s story line? (if any). Do you think that Link should’ve kissed Llia? Or would you think that in the future The Legend of Zelda games should have a bit more romance in them?

That was disappointing. Like you said, that was the perfect opportunity for them to kiss, and Nintendo blew it.

That probably has to do with Nintendo letting us chose whether Link should be with Ilia, Midna, or Zelda.

Nintendo should put more romance in future games. However, I doubt they will, since they want young kids to play the games.

Two things.

One: It´s Illia, not Llia.
Two: congrats, you have to be one of the few deku scrubs that don´t blow it in their first threads.

I wouldn´t say that was the most dissapointing moment in TP. Maybe the last few dungeons (or the lack of story between them) was the worst moment for me.

It always seemed to me that the story line was mostly present in the first part of the game.

Yea sorry about messing up her name I must've not seen the I in the name when I was looking at it in Zelda pedia but I just checked and it is Llia (at least that's what it says but it could be wrong). I haven’t played Twilight princes since summer vacation so I can't be certain…

That’s what I usually call it Zelda pedia (it's much easier to remember). And yea usually people don't have the info correct so I wonder if anyone will change it... I need to play twilight princes some time because truthfully I forgot how to spell it but yea I believe you that her name is spelled Ilia.

One word: Zant. He went from a badass character to a pathetic, last minute comic relief. That, and his glorified Gerudo battle.

There's not really much else to it.

This was probably the worst part of the game. I mean Zant was like the ultimate Badass. Through out the game he was this unstoppable thing. When you finally got the Fused Shadows he walks into the room. Nearly destroys the Light Guardian. Almost kills Midna, and causes you to turn back into your wolf form even though there is no twilight.

Must I bring up his take over of Hyrule Castle?

I really wasn't disappointed when Ilia and Link didn't kiss she was an awful charater, she had no personality and looked like some strage failed attempt at a Saria clone. And I really don't understand why anyone would think Link and Midna would make a good couple? The only girl for link in my opinion would be Malon. Oh and the most disapponiting part of TP was the vast emptiness of hyrule and the crummy looking Kakariko village.

In the cutscene about Ganondorf's execution, it sounded like all of the cunning Ganondorf had in OOT was gone and that he was simply owned by the Kingdom of Hyrule. That made me think it might have been another Ganondorf for a moment.

When Minda just left and almost said "I love you" to Link. But she didn't! Ugh... Women...


Wait? I'm a woman! O_o



Oh, and when Zant I guess killed Ganondorf? WTF was that?

My disapointing moment in Twilight princess(I am not saying the game is bad, it is my personal favourite): Zelda having a minor role, despite the fact, that the series is named after her.

I never saw Link and Ilia as very compatible. She was stuck-up. And I saw their friendship as being just that - a friendship. They didn't have the chemistry, and she looked to be a little too young for him (or perhaps he just looked too grown up after he donned the hero's garb).

Either way, I couldn't see them together.

Though its funny, because your reaction there reminded me of everyone's reaction at the end of Ocarina of Time when Link and Zelda are in the sky. I was doing the exact same thing - screaming "Kiss her! Kiss her!" at the screan. Zelda games have a lot of those moments. Though it would be interesting to see a little more romance going on in the games, but its not what Nintendo's out to do.

Well....there is Adventure Of Link at the very end...but I get what you're saying...a 3D Link kiss...not 2D. Yea. I was hoping for Link to sort of kiss Illia but then I was rooting for the whole Link/Midna relationship stuff.

I was relatively disappointed about Zant's appearance near the end of the game. His utterly retarded head and fighting style really were pathetic, and by far less worthy than I had expected initially.

He's just recklessly swinging his swords like a fierce Gerudo without being a challenge either. Very disappointing, very...
