TP not hard enough

TP was way too easy, there was not one boss that I had trouble on and ganon was a joke. I love zelda and they are my favorite games . BUT IT WAS JUST TOO EASY. The only boss that was tough for me was Zant... and I beat him on the my second try. The levels were fun and I died a good amount of times, but then I get to the boss and kill it without loseing half my hearts. I read from many sources that this was to be, the longest and the hardest zelda game yet... in the end they did a great job at the length, but they didn't go through with the toughness of it.

So, what is your thoughts, was it too easy?

Wasn't hard in the least bit. That title still belongs to Zelda II.

It was designed more for the casual wii gamer I guess but I still think its worth the money.

TP was hard. Not real hard, but challenging enough for my liking. The hardest Zelda for me still goes to ALttP right now (I've never played LoZ or AoL).

Maybe we're all just getting use to how the game works - the type of puzzles, after all it's the 4th 3D game they've made so we've got a good idea of how to solve certain puzzles.

Plus the themes are similar in all the games so we can adapt solutions from game to game.

It'd be interesting to see what someone who hasn't played Zelda before thinks

That's true. Some parts I would get to I would say to myself "oh this puzzle" and complete it in 1 min.

Well, it not being the hardest zelda is nothing to really discuss about. It just isn't. If I disagree how hard it is? No. I liked it, not to hard, (that especially counts for the dungeons, that were unlike OoT, were they were far too long-winded in my opinion, creative and refreshing), and not to easy, were tWW was at some points. If something was really perfect about TP (and there
isn't alot that is), it's how hard it was. An example for the upcoming zelda games if you ask me.

I totaly agree it was the easyest Zelda game I have ever completed although some of the dungeons towards the end where pretty hard but what really anoyed me was the the bosses where REALLY easy I mean I work myself through the whole dungeon and then the boss is like not even strong, after I completed Tp I got myself Oos to see how that game was the bosses where chalenging the dugeons where hard but still it's not all about how hard the game is I still think that Tp was a pretty awsome game!

TP was my favorite zelda game. I think the dungeons were ok, and they were fun, the bosses looked awesome and they moved well... but, still. I loved ALTTP, that ganon I needed all the faries I could carry.
I lost against many of the bosses in that game and the dungeon were a challenge.

The two saddest bosses in TP, that I can remember at this time, were the one in the water temple and ganon human form, I beat ganon human form without taking more then 2 damage. (Back slash and the fishing rod)

It was too easy for me, but that's because I've played all Zelda games except LoZ and AoL. I know some people that, even if they have played some games before, get stuck in these dungeons. The bosses are a joke but at least they're pretty cool

However, TWW still holds the title of the easiest Zelda game ever made...

After doing more replaying of OoT, I realized that the puzzles in TP weren't much easier, but they were similar so we were used to them.
The bosses were a lot of fun, but definitely way too easy. It saddens me that 3 has to be the magic number- after damaging any boss 3 times, it's gone. Armogohma was my greatest disappointment- the first part was super easy, so I thought to myself now comes the hard part, and all there was was a ridiculous little eyeball running around.
TP is still a great game, it just could have been better.

Surely TMC is easier than TWW?

Yep, it's easy, as has been said waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many times. But we are getting better, and the bosses look really cool. And some of 'em, like Stallord and Morpheel, are really epic and fun. For example, when I first saw Morpheel explode out of the ground and start swimming around, I went and actually thought 'Oh my goodness. How am I supposed to beat that?'

In conclusion, it's perfect for mediocre gamers like me, and fun for everyone (except saddos who have nothing better to do than nitpick the Game of the Year-hint hint to TP bashers).

How true... i hated that game... it was impossable... and side scrolling Zelda? what were they thinking?!

Anyway, yeah, i found this game really easy and short.
My boyfriends brother had said that it was the longest Zelda game, but i beat it easily, i thought it was really short and the bosses were really simple :/

Twilight Princess was perfect for me when it comes to difficulty. It was fun and challenging. Sometimes I'd find myself stuck and would take a breather before coming back to it.

Twilight Princess had just the right amount of difficulty, for me anyway. The only really hard part was the Cave of Ordeals.

For many Zelda fans, that was the problem. We wanted to see MORE hard parts like the cave of ordeals. It was not completely easy, and there have been easier Zelda games (WW, TMC, FSA), but this game called out to a minority of people like you who don't need challenges as much.
