Why are all the Zoras so feminine?

Take a good look at them: they all look like females. With the exception of some coloration differences, all of the Zoras look like their female. I suppose this is a step up from OoT, where they all looked sexless, but I think Nintendo could've made the males look like, well, males. What do you think?

I thought that the zora's wearing masks and armor were the males?

They probably are. I'm not saying there aren't any males whatsoever, I'm just saying that they all look incredibly feminine.

Well then i'll have to disagree. The guards all looked rather masculine and the rest looked feminine.

They do all have slim blue bodies so I suppose they all have some feminine characteristics.

Well they used the same body model for both sexes either way. So the guys have larger boobs than they should, and girls have smaller boobs than they should. I thought it kinda looked weird myself..

In the sea, not many males look different than females besides the body parts....

Theyre healthy. Or more likely that is what their race is supposed to look like. Genetics.

I had to agree. Even the young prince looked a little too feminine in the face. But then again, they don't distinguish the sexes with Gorons either, so I shouldn't be too surprised.

Why do Zoras have boobs at all? It's not like they bear live young. I realize the idea for Zoras might have come from mermaids, but these people aren't half Hylian half fish. They are fully evolved fish. So why the boobs at all?

Oh, I can fully appreciate the hottieness of Princess Ruto and TP Zoras. However, once I get over the feeling, I start to wonder...why?

Miyamoto has always kept a contrasting balance in this respect. Gorons are very masculine and are symbolic of fire, strength, and power. The zoras are mostly representative of the feminine, symbolic of water, elegance, and beauty.

I agree with the one above.

The male Zorae have fishy faces and spears, so I don't really consider them feminine (except Ralis-he is a bit camp).

To tell the truth, the first time I saw them I thought they were all females. Especially when you save them from the ice, when you talk to them and they say "ooh, ahh", whatever, they have female voice.
I think that their legs make them seem to feminine.

The genetics make the Zora's look feminie. they have adepted to swimming so there feminine design is to have a low water resistence while swimming.
