TP 3 Heart Challenge... COMPLETE!

I finally did it... I beat TP using only the starting 3 Hearts. While I was expecting to face a mighty challenge, even this 2nd playthrough (yes it's my 2nd playthrough) was somewhat dissapointing.

I died only ONCE, and this was because of me being careless. I died against the Moblin Lord outside of Arbiter's Grounds. I kept attacking when I probably shouldn't have, and one sweep of his axe killed me instantly (I DID NOT USE FARIES BY THE WAY!!!).

What part took the most out of me?? The demi-boss from Snowpeak Mansion no doubt! I ended up drinking 4 servings of milk (that's 2 bottles), and STILL only had 1 final heart left! I was relieved not to have died, but wow did he ever take a load out of me.

The final battle against Ganondorf wasn't all as epic or challenging this time. He only dealt half a heart of damage to me the entire run. So... in the end I feel like most of this challenge really let me down.

Was it fun? Not all that much... TP's replay value is low enough as it is, I didn't enjoy having to redo most of the temples (especially the ones near the end). I don't think I'll even bother having another playthrough with TP after this.

So in completing the 3 heart challenge, I'm curious to ask if anyone else on these boards has done it??

Oh... and a hint for those willing to try out this challenge... USE MILK!!!

I was actually gonna record a video of it from my webcam, but my computer doesn't have a sound card, so even if I film it, you won't get any sound.

I disagree, I've just done a second play through and loved it. I just realized that its pretty damn fun game. I'm craving another play through already. I can't say it has the replayability of Majora's Mask or Ocarina though.

But nice job playing with only three hearts. I dare you to try and beat the Cave of Ordeals with only three hearts

I think im gonna try a 3heart challenge. I have beaten the game 5 times so I shouldn't have any problem. And V99 I might take you up on that challenge =p

i have gotten to abiter's ground so far with 3 hearts on my 2nd playthrough aswell.

That's ypour opinion, I couldn't stand my 2nd playthrough... I honestly wanted to get it all done as soon as possible... TP just doesn't live up to my expectations as OOT or MM.

Anyway, I'll be sure to get a video of the last 2 Ganondorf sequences (The first 2 aren't worth the time and memory, so be happy still).

I made a file to do this some time ago, but I just can't bring myself to beat it. I don't know, the game's just not too fun to play again. I also get very sleepy when playing the Wii for some reason. I'll try to do it though.

Unfortunately I took more damage this time versus Ganondorf . I wanted to impress you all with my super skills , but meh, as long as I got to the point in that I beat the game with only 3 hearts.
