TP: possible glitch? (4th dungeon)
Hi,
I think I may have run into a glitch that is different from the whole saving in the cannon room thing. I've searched through a few different websites/forums and haven't found anything listed about this "glitch" I've encountered. It actually may not be a glitch at all but it doesn't seem like it is supposed to happen. (There may be spoilers in this next paragraph) In the 4th dungeon, Arbiters' Ground, its in this room. After getting all for 4 poes and opening up the door that allows you to go straight in that main room (the one with the four torches for the poes), you go straight through there on to the next room. After that you turn left until you get to the one screw you can push/pull up or down (the really tall one that leads you to the basement floor). Well I got the key to go into the room on the basement, and then first room, that has all the spikes that shoot up and down (and with the chain thing you grab in the opposite corner to pull out the door, and then run around to go through). Well what happens is, is that when i go through the quick sand (any of the quicksand crossings between platforms) and then come back out, link still walks as though he is in the quick sand (it also happens in wolf form). After I get "stuck" walking around the room as if i were ALWAYS in quicksand, it makes it impossible to run around fast enough to go through the door after pulling out the chain. If I die in the quicksand or exit the room I no longer am "ALWAYS walking in quicksand", but when I go back into that room and make my way over to the chain, it always happens (I've tried experimenting with different ways of walking the path, but it always makes me get "stuck" as I described above.) So does anyone know anything about this? Hopefully this made sense, I might beable to video what is happening. |

Spin attack afterwards. Or use the multiple-enemy attack.

They're called Ghoul Rats. You can only attack them if your Wolf's sense ability is being used. My girlfriend actually did run into a glitch in Arbiter's Grounds which cause the game to basically freeze up (although fire on the torches still moved) after killing the first Stalfo.

Re: TP: possible glitch? (4th dungeon)
Well I just beat the 4th temple. The didn't like fighting the first part of the boss, but the second part was pretty sweet once I got the hang of it.
I can't believe I didn't figure that one out. Even though I have seen those rats before, I did NOT know they could jump onto and make you go really slow (last time I saw them, I killed them all before they could get on me). The thing that made me think it was a glitch was that the movement that Link makes when going through the quick sand and when walking with the rats on him while on land is nearly identical. Thanks for help, and I apologize for the thread.:embrsd: |

I found it very funny, everyone thinks it's a glitch lol. Well, what else can I say?
