Twilight Majora? *Spoilers, probably*
If anyone thinks this thread's pointless, go ahead and say so. I'm just pitching ideas.
Did anyone spot any similarities between Twilight Princess and Majora's Mask? I noticed the following ones: a) Midna's hat looks like Majora's Mask (Obvious) b) Zant's fighting style is similar to that of Majora's Incarnation (and he has a similar girly scream when he gets hit) c) Overly complicated Water Temple (but then, they always are) d) Skull Kid (was also in OoT, so probably doesn't count) e) Near the start of the game, Link is ambushed and his horse is nicked Any comments or additions are welcome.

I've long dismissed any connection between Twilight Princess (specifically, Midna's helmet), but now, I'm definitely starting to believe there's a connection.
Could the tribe who created Majora's Mask possibly be related to the Twili, or the Twili themselves? I'm certainly open to the possibility.

Yeah, I noticed alot of similarites between the two and I'm surprised that not many people haven't said anything about it. When Midna uses the Fused Shadows to destroy the force field around Hyrule Castle and later on against Ganondorf - she turns into a monster. (There's a possibility that it isn't the Majora's Mask; it could be a different form of it, or even just a mask like the Goron, Deku, and Zora masks. I'm not going any further into timeline theories because I hate them.)
I also felt like the Twilight Realm had the same eerie, celestial feeling as being on the Moon in Majora's Mask. I'm sure I've noticed more but I can't think of any at the mo'.

Some other connections i guess:
Both games had Cave Of Ordeals, but I don't think it was called Cave Of Ordeals in MM. I think the Twilight Palace and Ikanya Canyon were both very similar. Same kind of music, zombie type characters (after twili people are shrink) Both Zelda games were said to be the 'darker zelda games'. Both games that allows Link to transform into something else.
