70 Hours of Total Playtime - WRONG

Has anyone looked into the fact how TP is definatly NOT 70 hours of played time? Here are my reasons.

-I beat it in 35 hours
-I did every single extra thing, plus beating the game, besides 9 heart peices I missed (which takes two seconds to get), and 20 poe souls, which also is really easy, otherwise, I got the Magic Armor, all the other heart peices, I got the 20 poe souls and then some you need to get for the first part of the poe souls quest, all the golden bugs, the heart peice from the guy who needs a 1000 rupee donation, the 100 arrow quiver, and the biggest upgrade for bomb bags, as well as all three bomb bags, etc, etc, etc...
-I went through the game slow as hell, I as well leave the game on a lot, especially in the middle of a dungeon (Because I dont feel the need to use Occoco or whatever if I'm gunna be back in a few hours). I'm a very slow gamer.
-I rarely used the stradegy guide unless I was extremely lost, and the only time I used it entirely was at the last dungeon, which the stragedy guide actually slows me down because of my ignorance I dont always understand it, I could of beaten Hyrule Castle faster without it.

This game is definatly NOT 70 hours of played time.

How many times did you stop to smell the flowers? Did you talk to every single person? Did you talk to each of them each time you saw him/her? Do you have the entire game memorized? Are you sure you've found everything? How many characters can you list off for me, along with their role in the game, and two/three mannerisms?

That means, yes, I did, I took advantage of the story, after every dungeon I saw whats up with all the characters, I went through the game slow and did not rush, the game is not 70 hours, especially for me being the slowest gamer I know, it took me almost 2 months of played time on World of Warcraft to get to level 60, thats SLOW AS HELL, and I as well beat 1 player games extremely slow.

I don't think it really matters how many hours of gameplay a game has. People do this:

Rush through the game as fast as they can so to beat it first then say "IT'S TOO SHORT! IT'S TOO SHORT DAMIT!"

When I play TP, I'm going to take as long as possible and enjoy it, have fun looking around at everything and the such. Games aren't races to see who can beat it first and complain about it being the shortest.

Same here, you dont get me, I hate it when people skip cinematics and dont listen to the story (My brother always did that to me and I wanted to slaughter him). I know the story and can recite it and debate it with you, I dont play games to beat them, I play games for the story, read my post above, I go slow as hell, honestly, the game kicked total ass, it was awesome, and I dont care it was shorter than 70 hours, I just dont like how they say it took 70 hours, but obviously, you people arent reading me clearly, so I'm forgetting this thread and letting it drift away.

Uhm.. one of the best, if not the best, zelda speedrunners took about 50 hours to get through the story.. he took his time too, but didn't beat it a 100% and didn't do it as "slow as hell".

So, I find it a bit hard to believe you beat it in 35 hours going slow as hell. Either you're looking for some attention or are a true speedrunner without even knowing it.

Haha, yeah. If you did every single thing in the game and went as slow as possible and managed to beat it in 35 hours, than I'm not a pervert.

im taking this game slow n enjoying it, ive played 18 hours i think and ijust finished the lakebed temple. ilove just exploring! ive been waitin for this game long enough im not gunna attempt to beat it in 35 hours haha

I'm about 26 hours in and just entered arbiters grounds.

Here's a task: Defeat all 50 levels of the Cave of Ordeals. Find every underground grotto that's accessible with Wolf Link (there should be around 20 of them). And catch the Hylian Loach. That should keep you busy for a while.

It took me about 50 hours to get everything (except finding all the grotto's and catching the Hylian Loach). And that was one my first run-through; so I'd imagine a 35 hour (or less) run-through would defiantly be possible.

Actually, it has over 70 with sidequests and everything. Every little nook and cranny counts...They wouldn't say it if it wasn't true, and just calm down dude xD You're flipping out, it seems.

I've been in the third temple for 15 hours...... and have been playing for 40 hours. help plz?

I beat Lakebed temple at the time or over.

God must be pretty angry with you now.. :3
