Navi or Midna?

Simple question, but I think I know the overall conclusion...

Midna alllllll the way. She was completely her own character and TP would have not been TP without here where OoT would have been ok without Navi. Plus I think Midna was the bes NPC in TP.

Midna all the way. She has great character development from beginning to end, and it was a real joy to see it unfold. Midna is one of the best characters that we have ever seen from Nintendo.

Why do people care so much about Navi? She was a tutorial system masquerading as a character. Compare Navi to any character with an ounce of depth and Navi loses.

Navi was lame. Like Hylian Dan said, Navi was a tutorial system played off as a character. She had no depth at all. This isn't even a fair comparison.

I hardly consider Navi a character. She barely has a personality as it is. As Hylian Dan stated, she's just a guide that Nintendo tried to give off as a character.

She shows more emotion then anybody in the Zelda series (which most of which are excellently shown with Midna's facial expressions); her character design was good. I could go on and on.

Everything about Midna exceeds every other character in the series in every way. Midna is one of, if not, the greatest Zelda character to date.

No. I don't know yet how I'd rank Midna against certain other characters, but she is arguably the best in the series.

Midna is to Zelda what Gollum is to the Lord of the Rings.

Midna was far better than Navi. She didn't constantly annoy you, except for her giggles when you could use her to do those fancy jumps.

Navi didn't constantly annoy you, either. That's been terribly exaggerated.

Of course Midna is a much better character. Who would argue against that? She's obviously the best character in the series outside of Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf, and, when only taking Twilight Princess into consideration, possibly better than them.

But yeah, I'd rather vote Midna better than even Zelda, not just Navi. Her personallity has been the best in the Zelda Series, but, as the Zelda Series progress, the better the story-line gets. Lets see what happends later on with future Zeldas.

Now, I liked Minda in the sense that they made her incorporated in each world a cool way, but it almost seemed like sometimes, everytime you took a step she'd pop up and be like, "talk talk talk"
Navi you could at least ignore, and like only check if you needed it, you couldn't really ignore Minda. It's complicated for me to choose.

And it really wasn't such a bad giggle, Navi got more repeatitive, after the first time you turn into a wolf, the giggling barely came.

Plus, did you ever beat it yet? Minda had basically the main role, her role seemed greater than Link, they barely recognized Link as a savior at the end, Zelda barely know 'em, everyone worried about Minda and concentrated on Minda, she was the main role, she was

Haha, and, I honestly never got annoyed by Midna, honest to god, sometimes I'd laugh and say *shut up* when she giggled, but I thought that was neat, otherwise Midna wasn't annoying not even a little bit.
