Go to that ice island(i believe 1 square west of forest haven)and get the iron boots.Then go 1 square above windfall islandto get in the dungeon.

are you still in the forsaken fortress? go to te upper part and kill the mounstrous helmaroc king (the giant bird) with the Skull Hammer, then you have to go to Hyrule blah blah find the sages blah blah blah the triforce blah ganondorf blah blah the end
