I don't recall any blood from any previous demos. I'm thinking their might be something more involved than just regular bloodshed.

Straight from the ESRB website:

"Animated Blood - Discolored and/or unrealistic depictions of blood"

In other words guys won't be spraying red blood when you kill them, more likely it'll be green blood or something similar when you kill a Deku Baba or similar enemies.

The only part of the game I think we'll see real blood is in the final boss fight. Everything else will be discolored just like the description says.

I don't really care much, but I'm happy that this means the cut scenes might be more violent and dramatic.

in star fox adventures the animated blood is when the character flashes red when he gets hit.

We've known there was animated blood for a while and the "T" rating for even longer.

No surprise here. No problems with it either. This is probably good for the game.

This probably will be good for the game. It leaves room for more creativity for the story. With the game getting a T rating, the story should be more emotional this time around.

I could care less as long as this game delivers. Which it will!

Anyways. The blood isn't really a big deal... it is cool though, maybe this will help get rid of the belief some people have about Zelda being a "kiddie game".
