Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

It wasn't much challenging, but it was a very long game. The sea was pretty fun, I like the music. The cursed ocean has awesome music. The Triforce Shard hunt was pretty long, and hard. What did you think was challenging on "The Wind Waker"?

Puppet Ganon, everything else was pretty easy...the Puppet was harder than all the 3D boses I can remember...and stupidly long. 'Specially the thestupid worm part...I still hate it -grows-

Nah... Just getting the last piece of the Triforce. It wasn't hard it's just in 2 eyed reef you couldn't pinpoint it. Only from far away, and the wall was blocking it. That was the only tought part (except for that and Phantom Ganon) for me.

The savage labyrinth without any recovery items was decently challenging, other than that no I didn't find TWW challenging. But I don't hold that against TWW because I find that none of the 3D Zeldas were challenging.

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

Challenging, no.

Combat was incredibly easy. The AI of the enemies were pure awful, and the simplicity of it doesn't help either--neither did the 'instant win' button. As for the puzzles; they were a little challenging and there were a decent amount of them. Not what I'd expect from a Zelda game though. The amount of time you had to spend on such simple puzzles irritated me a lot. Making the puzzle longer won't make it harder Nintendo. . .

Overall, it was quite easy.

The hardest part was not commiting suicide after fighting ganondorf (the last battle). I was expecting something harder than puppet ganon and got something extremely disapointing.

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

It wasn't hard, but irritating. I remember the first time I beat Puppet Ganon which was the first time I fought him, I was climbing up his puppet string after I killed him and accidentaly pressed the wrong button, fell, and died. It sucked. But no, it wasn't hard. The only thing close to hard was th Triforce Hunt and Snake Puppet Ganon

WW really wasn't that hard. It was a bit teidious sailing, but overall I enjoyed the game. I did find the worm boss a tad annoying..

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

The one hundred level thing got a little challenging, but it was still hardly difficult. The whole game could have just been played with two buttons, a joystick and a "win" button (Gamecubeguy [retired]).

Ganondorf was also hard to beat, without getting hit. His swords were tricky.

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

More frustrating/annoying than hard was the sailing for the triforce peices. Also the latter dungeons where we had to swtich between the characters was once again annoying.

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

As far as I can remember, The Wind Waker was not at all challenging.

I do remember a minor hiccup in Hyrule Castle when I had to do the triforce block puzzle to get to the Master Sword, because I couldn't figure out what you had to do. When I eventually did, I was like, "What the f__k? That was obvious." Other than that, though, I was fine.

I thought collecting the Triforce pieces was a bit boring and I also thought the game wasn't as challenging as the other Zelda games, but it was extemely fun, and I love it. <3

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

The only frustraiting parts in Wind Waker for me was the Triforce Hunt, fighting Puppet Ganon and Ganondorf and getting the right angles on all the characters/enemies for pictographs

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

I agree with ya'll, WW wasn't that challenging. I did, however, love the Tower of the Gods and everything after collecting the Triforce pieces. I think that Nintendo was just so rushed to put out this game that they didn't really give it they're all like they are with TP.

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

Not really. There was the odd moment of trickiness, but never really challenging. While I will normally condemn a game that is easy to beat, WW is an exception. Your allowed to be easy if your this much fun.

But lets keep it one off, Id like another good challenge with TP.

Re: Was "The Wind Waker' challenging, at any part?

The Wind Waker did have the hardest part in any Zelda game hands down . . .

Of course I'm referring to the little puzzle on Link's Private Oasis.
