Any Things You Thought Should Have Gone In?

Do you think there's anything that should have gone into the Wind Waker? It would be good if you could travel more in underwater Hyrule, like maybe Kokiri Forest and find out what happened to the Great Deku Tree when he moved to that cliff and came back alive.

Nictel, you overuse the word noob too much =P.

I think some Zoras should have definatly gone in WW. I mean, how could they have not survived the flood? Unless they moved somewhere else besides Hyrule (maybe they couldn't have lived there anymore?). I think it would have been fun to see a Zora in cel-shaded 3D graphics.

I would of liked atleast one more real town like windfall... little things like that would of given TWW the depth that OoT had and MM had... hell maybe I'm going over board but a sort of groundhog day thing like MM would have been nice... set over say 5 days... doesn't affect the game or run out... but things happen in a repeating cycle... events through out the week etc.

TWW felt rushed, it was, there can't really be much debating it, good game but run around hyrule and termina and tell me if it feels as deep and grand when you play ww

One word. Land. The islands were far too small! They could have easily scattered several throughout a sector that were the size of Pawprint Isle, and then maybe had something like switches on them to open up a passage on one of the islands. Also, they could have had some islands take up a few sectors. That'd be enough land for us to explore. Hell, it'd be the size of Hyrule in Ocarina of Time! They could have done some great stuff with all that land! But, I digress. The game was rushed, and it didn't come out too well because of it. Majora's Mask was easily made a great game because it pretty much used the same engine as Ocarina of Time, and because the limitation of time was seen as a good part of the game. Oh, yeah, and it could have been harder. Way harder. Even if they made it ten times harder than it is, just about everybody could still beat it! Well, maybe not... Maybe six times harder. And then there's the fact that there's only six dungeons in the entire game. (That have maps, at least.) We needed those two they cut out for Ice Ring Isle and Fire Mountain, and then some others. Okay, so, more land, more explorable islands, higher difficulty, and more dungeons. I think we can all agree with that.

The sea was cool, but they could have had bigger islands. I know it's been said, but that's my main problem. I don't care that I didn't get to see much of old Hyrule. I read that they may have made the game simple for newbies to the series. That's why some makers created chooseable difficulty.

The way it is, I would call easy (if not very easy). For Normal, I would remove most of the findable hearts in the game. For Hard, I would remove Grandma's soup, or make you pay for it. Granny could charge you because you're not around to do chores and stuff. Her babies are gone, and she needs financial help.

A submarine dungeon might not have been a bad idea, Twilight King. The sky quest that Nictel mentioned was in FSA. You use the Roc's Cape.

EDIT: Does anyone remember how much harder the second quest of the original game was than the first? They should have revived that, instead of making the WW second quest so much like the first.

Yea you should have been able to go deep sea diving and go to other places in Hyrule other than the false floors.

Exactly why didnt they survive they BREATH under the dang water... maybe they live under the water in a cave or something?

I'm sure if Ganondorf didn't destroy Greatfish Isle (the first place where you were suppose to find Jabun), that would have been another large town. [rant](Hmmm that got me thinking....wherever there is a Jabun, Zoras are always around. So maybe Ganondorf scared off the Zora while trying to search for that overgrown fish)[/rant]

And as for what others are saying about having land/bigger islands, I agree. There really isn't a need to have one island per square on the map...a world doesn't work that perfectly. Ok, that deals with the islands, but what about land? I have a pro and a con.
Pro: Just like Link used the Goddess Jewels to reserect the Tower of the Gods, I'm sure other Hylian land masses could have been reserected.

Con: At the end, the King said that you will find your own land, your own Hyrule, so I'm sure that will be shown in PH. If they had massive land in tWW, then there wouldn't be a search for it in PH, only to construct the new Hyrule, and maybe defend it from new evil (so it would change the game intirely).

Yes i agree that we need more land, I would have also loved to go into gerudo valley and find some backround on ganon. imagin how the wind waker link felt some evil guy pops out of no where and starts taking girls with long ears

Secondly i agree with you about the second half

King of Red Lions made me want to go emo all over myself. He made the game bad....er.

Could've used some less cel-shading too.

Don't tell me you don't like KORL. Man, between Kaebora Gaebora, Ezlo, and maybe someone else I'm not thinking of, it seems some people don't like long dialogues. If you hate dialogues so much, play fighting games and leave posts like this out.

It would have been cool you could walk around in Hyrule and see the forest, the desert Hyrule field, Lon Lon Ranch, etc. I was very disappointed these weren't in the game.
