Black and White Twilight dumped...

Wow, just wow, Read it there, according to EGM the Black and White twilight has been scrapped and now will be in a hazy colour, does this remind anyone of Lttp, well I think that this makes it more clearer to me what the Twilight realm is, or should I say, Dark World, I don't think they will change the name or anything, I think we will be seeing the Moon Pearl making an appearance this time around.

I was looking foward to the black and white but this new style seems to be alright, I hope they can finish it by the end of the year and don't have much to go back and change.

Oh also, it might explain the Dark Goron, transformed by the Dark World.

Really? Are there any more sources?

I would like to see pictures of it.

To have to not only play this part of the game differently than all other zelda games (being a wolf that is) but to have to play it in B@W would have killed me!

Adding back color, just in a more hazzy, twilight like idea is great.

Go Nintendo, go nintendo *cheers*. Black and white seemed okay, but a more hazzy sort of thing seems more twilightie, if you get my drift. I hope they will bring back the woubleyness of FSA's dark world, i really liked that.

Yes, I think the black and white was a nice idea but to look at it for hours and hours might indeed be not so appealing as a hazy color full with detail world

Yeah, i agree completely, good thing they changed to color.

We knew this days ago, you know. The latest EGM pointed it out, and the screenshots are very impressive. This new Twilight realm looks much better than the old one. The mag's descriptive terms were: "...oversaturated colors, soft focus, and hazy lighting effects give the environments an appropriately otherworldly air."

[EDIT AGAIN] Hmm...taking a good look at the two of them, I came to a certain conclusion. Yes, the new Twilight is easier to look at; it has a very appealing style. However, it no longer looks sinister. Seriously, Observe these two images and tell me that the old Twilight isn't more "evil".




And when you think about it, the lack of being able to see is really going to affect the gameplay.

I deffinetly like the new style a lot over the black and white!

And I think you are right that does look a lot like a treasure chest. I wonder how you open it as wolf link, if you already can!, maybe you have to come back as normal link to open them?

On a side note can you get EGM in the UK? As I would like to get the mag and read the story with it and see the all the screens.

I like this hazy style! It's more unusual than black-and-white, and it's more like 'twilight' than just plain dark or gloomy.

yeah i hope they finnish it soon too, its sounds great, and i like the idea of hazy too.
