Not a huge complex variety, the dark energy balls, lightning bolts from the tips of his scimitars, and maybe a much more devastating, harder to evade/block Dark Hole.

Re: plain and simple...

It's not like you're missing out on much. Basically, it makes the game a bit easier because you can call in Tingle to throw bombs at enemies (for a price), see the whole dungeon map (which isn't really needed in TWW), and a few other things. There are also some secrets that only Tingle can blow open, so there are a few heart pieces and such that you can only get with a GBA.

Re: plain and simple...

You can get the tingle statues by blowing up walls by tingle. SearanoX you can get all of the heart pieces i thought w/o the tingle tuner. You can also see sunken treasure on the ocean with the tingle tuner.

Re: plain and simple...

Theres also this story thing you can get with tingle. You have to find these 5 letters and at the end you can read this story about tingle Its not all that good it just says how a great evil came and somehow tingle beat him i actually forget. But overall its not really worth it if you have to buy a GBA.

Re: plain and simple...

I got the GBA hook up and never used it. Mainly because my brother would never use the GBA while i was playing, but i didnt find too useful anyways. Aside from the fact that you get quite a bit of rupees, i didnt find it useful

Re: plain and simple...

I love Tingle One of the few games characters who can actually make me laugh out loud (well the first time I talked to him anyway..). Tingle can drop bombs on special invisible chests in dungeons which have statues on them which go to Tingle Island and give you a password. If you get all the passwords they make up a clue telling you how to get to a jar on Outset Island which gives you a lot of rupees. And if you use the Tingle Tuner on Outset Island his brother Knuckle appears and gives you tasks to do for rupees. He'll also appear on Tingle Island after and you can get an extra figurine in the Nintendo Gallery if you take a picture of him.
