New weapon!
I just thought of this, its called "Bomb Bait". When an enemy eats it after a couple seconds it explodes. This would be useful as heak if you dont have any arrows or actual bombs.
Or poison bait. The enemy gradually loses health until it dies. I thought of that because it would be funny to see an enemy run after you. But as it gets right next to you it dies. So you can laugh in triumph as it disolves on the floor. Ha ha ha!

Well, That wasn't in the wind waker, so if you are talking about TP it is in the wrong section...
