a bank?

i tried to search for a thread like this but i couldnt find anything...


that being said. do you think there should be a "bank" like room like in OOT? it was annoying to fill up your wallet, but overall it made the game alot easier. i dont recall any of the other games haveing this type of room. and i remeber how annoying it was to try and find rupee's in WW, unless you could find some treasure chests. what are the chances of a bank room showing up in TP? or are they gonna make us work for our money?

Can't remember a bank in Oot but i do in MM

Anyway i myself would like the bank because you can store rupees if you need the room for more of course there not gonna do you any good if theres a character who appear randomly in the game and say i'll give you a sword for 500 rupees.

not a acutal bank like in MM, im talking about the room with all the pots that always gave rupee's. its in what i guess you would call a gatehouse, in the castle right next to the bridge. remeber that room? ^_^

I'm just hoping for a bank like the one in Majora's Mask were you can actually deposit your rupees.

There was a bank in MM because when you played the song of time, all your rupees would dissapear. Therefore there is no need really for a bank in TP, but I still hope there will be one. As for the "rupee room" in OoT, I hope it dosen't reappear in TP. Working for your money is so more rewarding. What's the joy in finding 30 rupees in a treasure chest, when you can just go to a room and get rupees anyway?

I wouldn't mind one room like that in a town in case you wanted a potion but were short a few rupees. The gatehouse does give you quite a few rupees but after about the first wallet upgrade it isn't quite as useful.

As for an actuall bank, that would be interesting and fun but pointless.

how about not just rupees to deposit? if you are abundant in an item like arrows then you can store them in a bank and get them when you need em

depends, what if you have to get 1000 rupee's to upgrade your sword?

maybe you can gamble too! then that would make everything. but banks would be good cause you might already have filled up your wallet, or yours might just be small. but the bank would have to have its own appearence time, like wolf link or the boat

heh, gambling would be cool. just like the first zelda.... ahhhh i love my ds. i woudlnt mind seeing a betting system like WW too though, that was acutally a really good idea and i thought it was alot of fun.

I hope the rupees are going to be distributed fairly enough. It was kind of frustrating in Minish Cap for me but all too abundant in the N64 Zeldas. It would interesting to see the bank have some sort of interest rate. Having something to reserve your rupees dosen't seem pratical since seldom do you purchase anything so expensive in Zelda. And since everything is down payment, meh. It couldn't hurt anyways, but the function wouldn't be so important.

In the bank in mm I think there should be room for items to, not just rubbies, and i also think that there should be more rubie room. but they allready made it. oh well..

I dont think that a bank is such a good idea, unless you loose your money in the twilight realm( seriusly... If the wolf is carrying money, I dont wanna know where ).

Ah, that one near the brigde when u exit the town? If it's that i know wht ur talking about... ^^

I really liked that cause i got money to everything i needed...

Oh yah.. a bank. That was helpful in the N64 games, and yet another thing I hated ind wind waker.
