No one really knows. It would seem right, but the descendants of the Sages in ALTTP weren't sages. It could be anyone that had a connection with them. But people seem to think that Zoras are now Rito and Kokiris are now Korks. (I'm not sure about the first one, but I think they're right about the second one).

ohhhh
yeah the deku tree said somethin about the kokiri turning to koroks to adapt to the raised sea level but im not sure about the Zora's and Rito's maybe they are becouse the symbol in medli's robe is the symbol of the zora's Sapphyre |

yeah, but that could mean anything. Maybe she does have some Zora blood in her, but not necesarily Ruto's.
