Hero's Charm

what do you thing of the hero's charm? i wear it to see enemy's and bosses life, getting it thought took time. but the only thing i don't get is when you fight ganon it doesn't show a life bar when you fight him?:cool:

no i mean the mask you get form the teacher from windfall island!

Well, that would be cheap if you could see his hit points, now wouldn't it? :p

The mask is a nice little accessory, but its rather pointless to me. I never even used it, I just got it to complete the collection of items.

i didnt like the mask and im glad it didnt show it for ganon because they wanted the ganon battle to be challenging.

i used it... but by the time i got it i already knew how many hits it took to kill all the enemies...

I knew about the mask but I never took the time to get it.

I always wear the Hero's Charm.

I think the reason why you don't see a health bar for Ganondorf when you fight is because he doesn't have a certain amount of health in this one. You just hit him until he decides to back hand Zelda, and then you hit him until Zelda decides to get up and then you just gotta reflect a Light Arrow at him.

that is the reason, but yea... I got it like Tenk did, just to get it, I used it for a very little bit, but it is pointless..... if you're good at the game even alittle, if not, and you need to know, then ok, cool, wear it! lol

I got it, but I've never used it. That stuff's for pussies, and it came at a completely useless point in the game too...

Having your own island is way better...

Occansionally used it the second time through but all subsequent sessions it has remained unequiped (is that a real word, meh who cares)

I just like to wear it around. It makes WW Link look real dumb.

What a waste. Never used it or the Magic Armor once in the game.

yeah i like to conduct wearing the charm because the face is really creepy and you get an nice upclose view when using the wind waker

I think Hero's Charm is one of the most useless items in the game. Who cares about when they'll die, I like to be surprised about when they die. And the Magic Armor is also useless...

Got it, used once or twice to see how it worked, forgot about it. I think it looks really dumb.

I think the only thing I have never got in WW was the magic armor... I used the tingle thing, is that what you're talking about? like when u use it in the second time through you can see where the hat is SUPPOSED to be, but isnt because nintendo went SLACKER on us again... is that the same one?

I never got the Hero's Charm, but I have seen pictures of it, and yes, it does look incredibly goofy. The idea sounds kinda cool, but in a game like Zelda, it's really more important to know HOW to defeat an enemy, and not how many times you need to hit it. Except maybe for bosses.

As for the Magic Armor, it's not really important, but I like it. It make's like look cool and reminds me of the magic spells in OOT. I like to use it in the final battle with Ganon. That way, when Ganon hits me relly hard, I can say this.

"Hah! Not a Scratch!"

As apposed to what I said the first time I battle Ganon.

"It's only a flesh wound."
