Midna, please don't be a nuisance.

In the twilight realm, I notice that midna (The impish girl who helps link) rides on link's back. Will she ALWAYS do that when you enter the twilight realm, even after you complete the game? Infact, will link always change into a wolf in the twilight realm, even in the late stages of the game? The only reason I ask this is because I intend to have link be a wolf more often than a human. He's prettier that way. ^^

I believe Link WILL change into a wolf every time. And to determine if she is a nuisance, not nucence, you will need to play the game/find her role.

I imagine he'd turn into a wolf whenever entering the relam unless he had an item that'd protect him from transforming. Just like in A Link to the Past.

I think I remember reading something on GameSpot (an interview with EA) that said that at first, he will always be a wolf when he's in the Twilight Realm. But later in the game, Link can "control" the transformation to only be the wolf when he wants to. I don't think he went into any more detail then that.

Thanks for sharing, I hope you will be able to find the interview. If he can control his transformation later in the game, I wonder if Midna still rides him, or he gives her a piggyback ride or something.

That sounds reasonable and like the coolest idea. Sometimes you might have to be a wolf, so controlling it sounds like fun!

I wonder if you will have to change to jump on things or something like that. It would be interesting if you needed a certain potion each time you transform, or it required magic (This is when you cna shift forms).

While it doesn't sound like Link will be able to change into his Hylian form in the Twilight realm of his own will (not saying he will be able to, but we just don't know). Instead, he can "master the effects of the portals so he can use them to travel between the worlds, when necessary, to advance the game." So, in a way, he can change into the wolf when he wants to, but by going into the Twilight realm. I guess I just got mixed up with mastering the effects of the portals with mastering the effects of the Twilight realm. Sorry about that.

Navi was disturbing, I lost concentration and died because of her speech....

From what I heard, Midna will only teach link what he needs to know and then thats it. But that weird hand thing thas coming out of her stone hat will sometimes point in a direction if there's something to be discovered, like Link in the WW and how his eyes always looked at something to tell us if something is there. Hopefully Midna will only tell us the really important things like combat, where to go and such.

whats wierd is that in the 2nd trailer, Link is a wolf howling at the moon.. but he is NOT in the Twilight realm then.. its in the forests and its full color..

I wonder if Link has a fairy in this one...

I think the twilight realm is just the dark world renamed for some reason. The dark world changes Link into whatever is in his heart. In LttP he becomes a rabbit because he doesn't have an aggressive nature. I think that in tTP he's on aquest to rid his violent nature, so at first he's a wolf but as his quest progreses he'll become something else. Maybe Midna will also change to suit Link's other form's

that would be silly if they were to change you in the twilight realm it should be to control if you're human link or wolf link
