Help with four swords adventure please!!

I'm stuck in the Ice Temple!! I need to throw bombs to activate three black switches. Problem is the switches are on ice and when I throw the bomb to activate the switch that is closest to me, the bomb slides away. I've tried throwing from diffrent distances but nothing is working. HELP!!!!!

Is there an option to drop the bombs as well as throw them? I haven't played it yet but that has been the solution in other Zelda games.

I hope this helps you...it's been a while since I've been in the Ice Temple. First off, it would be best if you have the Fire Rod, upgrade it (so it can make blocks), and throw those allong with the bombs. The switch thing is difficult, you just need to remember where you were to turn a switch on. I hope that helps you.

Throw the bomb right before it explodes to hit the first switch, it just takes timing- but you're never going to get it to slide and stay there, just make the bomb explode right then when u throw it. ^_^

yes, just do what younglink7 said, and you'll get it eventually.

Arghh, I remember that room >_<
It took me 30 times to get it right and eventually I figured out what to do. Do what younglink7 told you to do.
