What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
If you haven't seen my other rate threads check them out if you want I now have OoT and MM and now TP...
So this game is really fun and I like the cutscenes and the gameplay on Wii or Gamecube versions and everything else is pretty good... so I would rate it a 9/10 it is still awsome just not my total favorite!

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
I have only played the Wii version, if that makes a difference. I thought the game was good, but from a Zelda stardard, I'm not sure. Looking back on it now, I should have given this an eight instead of a seven.I thought it was good to see a longer quest, but it is only as long as you want it to be. What I mean by that, is how much time you take on side quests. TP has a lot, but not as much as other Zelda games. Dungeons were fine, on my first try I thought that the City in the Sky was hard, but when I replayed it, it was a piece of cake. I liked the realistic graphics in this game, but not as much as tWW's cartoonism. The original scores were laging, but the remixed stuff sends chills down my spine though. Overall an epic game.

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
I gave it a nine, because it was a really good game. I know people analyse the side quests and say "TP HAD MORE THAN OOT SO DON'T TALK ABOUT LACK OF SIDEQUESTS" but I personally never thought either of them were that good with sidequests. WW and MM had tons of them and I thought it added to the replay value and length you can squeeze out of the games. Once you finished the bonus games in TP, I really had this "what do I do now?" feeling, because there's no Second Quests, all the sidequests and games are really short (except maybe Snowpeak snowboarding and fishing), and the few NPCs you can talk to don't do anything different anymore, so they become tiring. Kakariko Village really bothered me because I think they made the town ravaged just so they didn't have to have so many people and buildings to enter, because they all happened to have died before your character arrives. I thought it was interesting for the story but it seemed to me like a way to avoid making more characters. I still thought it was really good though. I loved almost everything about the game's execution, just not the things I mentioned.

A solid eight. a very very thought out game with a great story. beautiful settings and gameplay.

Try going outside, the graphics are amazing! ![]() My theory for Zelda Wii- The girl in the concept art is the living/spiritual incarnation of the Master Sword. She will change between Sword and human at her own will at first, aiding you with tips, etc. (like Midna) in her human form, and then obviously being your sword in, well, sword form. Later in the game you will get the ability to change her between her forms by yourself. |

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
A 7... More like a 7.5, but I rounded down. It's not bad, it's just a good game, there's nothing that's too special about it. It got minus points for the horrible abomination that is Midna, the ridiculous amount of story focus on said abomination, the bad story pacing and lack of replayability.
On the plus side, the graphics are really nice and I really liked most of the new music tracks the game had. Of course, the gameplay is good too. Can't expect any less from a Zelda game. |

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
I'd say 6-7/10. The lack of difficulty (especially against bosses) was ridiculous, character portrayals were poor and barely involved, it was missing tons of classic Zelda elements (Mirror Shield, Magic Meter, Fire/Ice Arrows, Octoroks), and it could have used minigames that actually made sense (you won quiver upgrades at a game that didn't even have to do with the bow, where was a nice shooting gallery, anyone?).
This is just to name a few of my gripes, by the way. I suppose it was pretty cool as its own game, but since 'LoZ' is in the title, I can't ignore how much it sucked as a Zelda title.

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
I would give it a 8.
It was a great game playing it the first time, but once you finish it, it is like, wow, I'm done already. So, its a alright game. So I would give it a 8 out of 10. |

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
Around a 7. Maybe.
I thought the game was too easy. It was very straight forward and blocked off places to explore until you progressed into the game. It was an alright game, but not the best. |

If you found that bothersome, you must hate Metroid games.

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
8.5/10
I really liked it. The biggest complaint I had was that the overworld didn't hold the depth of secrets that OoT did. I also would've liked to keep on sumo wrestling after I beat Gor Coron... The visual design was a lot of fun. I also would much prefer to waste a few rupees than return to a chest later. EDIT: I also would have liked to return to some NPCs to learn more about them like you did in OoT

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
It's a 10/10 for me, and my absolute favorite video game of all time. Relatively tame difficulty aside, I love everything about this game, from the believable setting, to the classic Zelda gameplay (expanding upon virtually everything that made OoT's gameplay so special), to the extremely memorable characters and boss fights.

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
i give it an 8 because there were alot of boring parts and although i loved the wolf addition and how they fit that in i hated being the wolf other than when i needed to be, when i warped, and for getting somewhere fast without my horse. But i still loved it.

Re: What would you rate LoZ:TP out of ten?
9. Only because I hated Argorok and the City in the Sky and was annoyed with the vast amount of rupees found. The difficulty was a little too easy as well.
Other than that, TP was an amazing game. One of my two favorites in the Zelda series (the other being TMC).
