Poe hunting

Twilight Princess: wii version.

Out of boredom, I decided to go Poe hunting. I looked up the lists online of where they were. Every list says that there's a poe in a suit of armor inside the foyer of Snowpeak Ruins. I checked before and after I defeated the dungeon: no suit of armor. I looked it up on youtube to see if I was looking in the wrong spot--I wasn't.


The suit of armor that is supposed to contain a poe is literally MISSING from my game. Has anyone else had this problem?

Glitch? I've never heard of it.

Only solutions I can think about (if this is not a glitch) are
a) you already got it before
b) you are looking at the wrong corner (remember wii is mirrored to GC, so the video on youtube might be on the other corner)

There is lots of suits of armor when you first walk in Snowpeak Ruins to the right and left try knocking them over with ball and chain?

That's the thing. I'm right there, looking at both sides of the room and there are no suits of armor. None. Not even when I first entered the place. I don't know what happened.

Right after you go into the Ruins, try the suit af armor in the right-hand side. Are you sure you haven't got that poe already though? BTW there is a poe at the top of the big snow mound at the bottom of the hill you snowboard down, just in case you haven't got that one.

Got it. And I know. As soon as you enter there's a red carpet, and these fake archway things on either side. I looked it up on youtube, and there should be suits of armor there, but there weren't.

This is mind boggling. I remember them being there in my GC version. What gives?

That's odd. My stupid TV is so dark I can't really see the suits of armor, but at least they were there. I've never heard of a glitch like this, what could make them not be there?

That...is very odd. They should be there. Are you absolutely sure that you haven't smashed them all before? ie. are there bits of rubble on the floor instead of suits of armor?

Otherwise...it's a glitch.

But don't they normally reappear if you smash them and then leave the room and come back? So even if he had smashed them before, shouldn't they be back? I'm not sure, but isn't that what everything breakable usually does in the games?

I've no idea, to be honest, I can't remember having checked the rooms after smashing the suits of armor to see if they appear again.
