Wind Waker: I Want To See Valoo

On Wind Waker, I tried to go see Valoo, but the pathway's broken. Is there a way I can still see Valoo? Valoo's the Dragon Sky Spirit on top of Dragon Roost Island.

If you go closer, you fall through the ground I believe. It has been over 2 years since I got to use an Action Replay, since mine broke . So really there isn't much to see, because he wasn't really meant to be gotten to. In summary, if you are talking about actually going up to him, there is no way except by cheating.

I think the OP want to see him to talk to, not just to look at. Unfortunately, we can't. He's going to say nothing even when reaching to him via cheats.

To get up to him, use a ROM and hacks.
For GC, use ARM. There's a 'unrestricted cam' cheat and a 'press R to jump/mega-jump' one.

Quite right. You may also get the added bonus of the scent of a warning for posting pointless things like that, too.
