Dragon Roost pictographs? (TWW)

Okay, I'm having trouble with pictographs again. I have every figurine in the Dragon Roost Room (in the Nintendo Gallery) except for 1. I checked them with a guide, and apparently the only one I'm missing is Hoskit- the guard who wants 20 golden feathers for his girlfriend. I took his pictograph and showed to the guy, but he said ' I've taken his pictograph already. Haven't you seen it?"
What am I doing wrong?

Did you get the one Rito that was standing outside of the top floor? He disappears halfway through the game and can only be gotten on another "second quest" file that carries the Nintendo Gallery over with it.

I'm one the second quest file- and are you referring to the guy who disappears after you play the Earth God's Lyric to Medli? If so, yes, I have his pictograph.

The second quest can be done multiple times in a row last time I checked.

But yes, that's who I meant. If you already have him, I don't know what to tell you.

Are you really sure that's the guy you're missing? Or maybe you're taking a picture of the wrong guard?
