No it doesn't. They were slightly altered or actually but into the game without much change. The one that changes the most was the twilight messenger but the other like the poe that did not change at all or the slug that only got flames on it were put into the game almost unaltered. The Goron golem and the titan knight did not get into the game and the meter giant was just measure the enemies, characters and scenery and never meant to be in the game, only a tool used in development of the game.

The areas were changed too. The swamp like area in the original teaser video is Hyrule field minus the trees, Castle town was completely re-modeled even that some of the themes stayed the looks changes. The big spider chasing Link in the first video is the beta of Armogohma. You can see from the videos what actually got into the game after some make-overs.

Re: TP beta forest

The beta stuff looked really cool when they showed the first trailer for the game. Like, I have a very old poster from the Nintendo Power that has all of the beta images on it, and my skin for the gamecube has the Twilight area but it was from when they had the twilight area blackandwhite and Midna has red and green hair. TP feels like it is incomplete.........

A few years ago, I also heard rumors about a beta Gerudo Desert, what do you thin about that?

TP wasn't incomplete it's just different. As was stated the things are still there just altered from what they were in the beta.

Re: TP beta forest

Who knows, maybe if they hadn't rushed the game and made sure that it was done and complete before they released it, it could have been the greatest game ever.

Re: TP beta forest

WW felt unfinished. I never got that feeling with TP. Also, rushed! They delayed it for pete's sake!
Pimpslap: It looks more fun because that's not what you got! If the beta looked like the finished game and we got the beta i'm positive there would have been plenty of things from the finished game that people would have wanted!

No, TP was very incomplete. Just by playing the game you can tell the makers reached a point where they just said "We really need to wrap this **** up."

Anyway, I thought the beta forest was neat. It looked much spacier and more mysterious than what we were given.. Which was linear crap.

There's not much to judge on Ordon though.

Re: TP beta forest

yes but the Beta forest probably took up too much space on the disk. I mean come on can you imagine how much memory that would have taken up? You're mistaken they did that with WW. It could have easily been longer but they gave us only a few dungeons. TP dragged things out more IMO.

Dragged things out is right. But it wasn't a great story so by the end you can't help but to think... was it worth it?

And no, I don't think the beta forest would take up THAT much more space than what we were given.

Re: TP beta forest

It looked pretty expansive. I'm sure it would have taken more space than what we were given based on how far it appears to stretch. You have a different opinion on the story. I say both WW and TP had good stories but WW could have had at least two more dungeons.

So? At least there was a point to WW's dungeons.

Actually, yeah.. Most of them were for an item that did little to nothing in the end.
