Wind Waker picture figures

has anyone ever finished the picture sculptures in the 2nd run-though? i have found it the be a very difficult task the take a color picture of everyone in The Windwaker.

Nah, but I've tried. It's too annoying to bother with. I think it's just a feeble attempt by Nintendo to extend the lifespan of the game, instead of doing it in more fun ways, such as more mini games or more dungeons.

I got them all in my first play through and then they all transfered over when I started the Second Quest.

ya that's what i thought as well i mean, who really wants to go through the entire game taking pics and giving them to some sculptor?

I thought it was fun, I like games where you have to collect things like that.

I liked doing it, I haven't gotten all of them, but I haven't been playing much Wind Waker lately at all, so I haven't been trying to get all of them for a while. I do have most already though. I do have one question, however. Can you take a picture of Ghoma, Kalle Demos, Molgera, and Jalhalla while in Ganon's Tower and hand those pictures in as figureinges? I have not tried this yet, but I would like to know if it works before I do, because stupid me forgot to take pictures of them when he fought the actual bosses...

Yes, you can take pictures of Ghoma, Kalle Demos, Molgera and Jalhalla while in Ganon's Tower, and you can find those four bosses as many times as you want in Ganon's Tower too so don't worry if you forget to take a picture of them while fighting them again.

But, hopefully you took pictures of the Helmaroc King, Phantom Ganon and Puppet Ganon before you defeated them because those were your only chances.

Also, with Gohdan you can take a picture of him even after you defeat him because he is sitting up on the wall after you defeat him.

hey is it possible to take pictures of bosses and get them turned into figs? it just poped into my head. i think that is one of the reasons why when you begin your 2nd run you start with the camera.

Actualy you have two chances to snap phantom ganon..
The great thing is, that when you have all the models
a model of link will appear in the ocean room

does anyone know just how many people you have to take a pic of? there must be hundreds. plus there are so many one time only chances to take pics of so many people.

134 I think. There's 135 if you include the special figurine you're given at the end. It didn't really take that long for me... just a couple of days of going back and forth, back and forth. The only ones you need whilst playing through are the bosses, a Big Octo (before you destroy them all) and a Red Wizzrobe. The others can all be gotten anytime after you complete the game... and it doesn't matter what file you have them in, as they transfer over to your second quest file.

The only difficult one to get is Knuckle... you need the GameBoy Advance for that.

thats really stupid having to have a GBA to get a photo so you can get a figurine. just a cheap way of trying to get more money.

Well, you can still have the Link sailing the King of Red Lions figurine without Knuckle... but once that happens you can never get him, even if you later by a GBA... that is wrong, I think. It'd drive me mad if I had all but one figurine!!

well if you have to take a picture of so many people i might as well get started. you can never say you've beaten a game untill you have acomplished eveything in the game. small, and big.

Come to think of it, I've probably not done much in the WW asides from the main quest...
I've never liked it much, but meh, you pay £40 for a game, you might as well play it!

I liked taking the pictures, but it was annoying in the first quest/ time around having to go through all the crap getting the color camera. You were half way done by the time you get the darn thing. When you go through the second quest, you automatically get the color camera, and it is easier.
