The one thing that sticks out the most about the game is the aesthetics. It has a much darker feel than, well, anything in the series (
MM is debatable, though), the graphics were really nice, the field felt VERY good and I personally liked the music very much. It gave it a very ambient feel, especially in the Desert and during the night in the field. Some of the boss tracks were also very good, the one that plays during the fight against Ganon (i.e. beast form) is probably my favourite of the bunch. The story's also really good, and one of the most gruesome so far.
And despite the dungeons being so excessively linear and rarely ever using any of the items more than in the dungeon you get it, they did have a generally good flow to them. Easy, sure, but there was still a good feel about it all. I also have very little complaints about the overworld, if any at all.
Regarding the bosses, though, the huge undead...thing was really good, and they generally looked very nice, which kinda ties in with the whole "great aesthetics" part.
Overall, a very solid game. Not an amazing one, but solid. Only complaints I really have are the linear, easy dungeons, but even they have a good flow to it.
