The answer is yes.

Why wouldnt you be able to?

You DO realize that on FSA for GC, that to do the multiplayer aspect with the GBA, it required cables to connect the GC to the GBA's. If you have not noticed yet - when standing the Wii straight up and down, instead of on the side, there is a top panel that flips up where you can plug in Gamecube controllers. You would simply plug in the GBA coords instead like you would back on the GC.

So, yes, you can. I've already done it myself, even if I think using the GBA's for anything multiplayers on a console is stupid.
