Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
Wow, I'm the first person to post something they've found themselves?
This was in LOZ:TP GC version. - In the water temple (lake bed... whatever), there is a switch that you aren't supposed to get at until the room fills with water. I some how climbed above it and jumped down. - when I pulled the switch a gate opened to let the water out... but there was no water. Water started flowing from the gate, coming from nowhere. There was also some splashing animation floating in the air where the water should have been. - I don't think it really effect anything, other then looking weird. - I've never really had a zelda game glitch up on me like this. It was kind of cool to see. I hope that there's nothing bad about it. From what I've seen it doesn't seem like it will damage anything.

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
This is some weird glitch that I found in the game after geing bored.
- I was in Ordon village and I grabbed a worm with my bottle to try and use it for bait in fishing. - I climbed up to the highest tree where a massive beehive stands in the way. This is the very first time you get bee larvae in the beginning of the game after Beth's father tries shooting it down and askes for help. - Anyway, when I was standing up there on the highest branch, I accidentally released my worm onto the ground way below and I fell down to obtain it again. - HOWEVER, when I was done there, the worm was in front of me and I couldn't put it in my bottle for some reason, even after running around in every angle to scoop it up. The game just couldn't work out that it existed right in front of Link. - I climbed up to the top of the tree branch again and... The word 'scoop' appeared on the bottom of the screen. But the worm was all the way down on the ground below... A pretty far distance. - So I scooped up the worm after pressing the button when the word 'scoop' appeared on the bottom of the screen. Funny though because the worm was metres below me and there was no way possible that Link could scoop it easily from such a great distance. It doesn't do any harm to the game or file at all. It's just one of those small glitches that was just really big when it comes to physics!

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
Infinite Bomb & Arrow Glitch in TP
- First of all, begin the fruit balloon popping game as usual at Lake Hylia and then crash into either wall. - Next the parrot guy will ask you whether you want to play again or not and select no. Then turn into normal Link and equip the hookshot. - Go into the water, take out the hookshot and hold Z, and then fall through the wall as shown in the video. The parrot will then ask whether you want to play again and say yes this time. - Crash again (notice the big bird thing isn't carrying anything) and then turn into the wolf. Jump into the water and just watch the extremely glitchy boatride scene. NOTE: Do NOT do anything with ANYthing or the game will freeze. - The Zora will ask you now whether you want to play agin and select yes (note that this will cost 20 rupees). The boat will then float away with no-one in it and you will be wolf Link. - Next, warp to any location and all items that you have with numbers for them e.g. Slingshot, Bombs, Arrows you will have infinite of. Notice that the glitch doesn't keep working after you turn off the game. I didn't discover this, but I have tested it and it does work.

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
This is a not too terrible but kind of bad glitch that I found in Upper Zora's River in TP
Once you have gotten the Master Sword, thus gaining the ability to transform into a wolf, go to Upper Zora's River. Usually the owner will be all upset and whatnot, but when you pass her this time, a portal will appear and three twilight beasts will drop down. -If you're a wolf, you can just fight them the way you usually would, and they will disappear and leave a portal behind -When she calls to you out of gratitude, she first treats you like a wolf and tells you to Shoo, but then she will treat you like you're human and invite you into her shop -Then, she'll ask you to use Bomb Arrows to break the boulder blocking the river, but you're a wolf, and a wolf can't use weapons -Exit out of it and run around the shop to try and transform, but there's no way because she's watching you Just an annoying glitch I found. I mean, it didn't freeze my game or anything, but I hadn't saved for a while (dumb mistake) and had to restart my game. The moral of the story: Don't fight those twilight beasts as a wolf in Upper Zora's River. =D So, basically, it's a dumb glitch that can set you back a lot if you hadn't saved recently, so... just fight them as a big boy in human form. :3 |

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
Wind Waker - CD streaming glitch
Follow the instructions in the description of the video. The main use for this to get inside islands. The only real useful use for it is early earth temple (and wind, but theres an easier method for it) but you also need the tingle tuner to blast you out of your boat. People say CD streaming can cause harm to your game and/or console however no one has ever reported it. Still use at your own risk. Also if you do use it, do not jump into and loading zones that your boat cannot normally go into or it will freeze (why you need the tingle tuner for early earth temple) Wind Waker - Dragon Roost Cavern Sequence break This was the very first Sequence break I found since starting Zelda glitching (I found it, a friend uploaded the video for me). If you open the blue pot before getting the grappling hook, then save when you do get the grappling hook to warp you to the beginning of the dungeon, then take the green pot to the blue pot and do the sequence break then you can cut off up to 3 minutes. It should allways be used in speedruns. Wind Waker - Tower of the Gods Sequence break This allows you to skip the entire bottom floor of ToG saving a lot of time.. Just do whats done in the video. Its a little hard though, so don't expect to get it on your first try. Theres a lot of other not so important but still cool WW glitches that I won't go into detail with, but most of them can be found here. Twilight Princess - Early City in the Sky The biggest TP sequence break so far. It lets you skip Half of snowpeak (you need B&C for zant) all of ToT and everything leading up to CitS after ToT. It can be done as soon as you get the master sword, but if you do it before going to the desert for the first time, when you talk to the cannon guy, it will freeze or make the game unbeatable (forgot which one, just do it after getting the B&C from snowpeak) Twilight Princess - Long Jump Attack (LJA) The reason that the Wii version suxx0rz and GC version r0x0rz. This is a GCN only glitch. Just throw your boomerang over a void, press B then press A to jump attack (make sure you never move the control stick or press L during this time) while its over the void and you will do a long jump attack. As you see in the video, this can be used to skip getting all the monkeys in the forest temple and a lot more. Here are some LJA compilations vids YouTube - More Long Jump Attack madness YouTube - Again Snowpeak Ruins SB YouTube - New sequance breaks with LJA YouTube - More Long Jump Attack tricks YouTube - Snowpeak Ruins - Get on the mansion roof YouTube - TP: City in the Sky - Faster Way To Do This Room YouTube - Twilight Princess: Lakebed Temple - Faster Staircase LJA |

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
I was fighting that dragon in the city in the sky, doing some fancy clawshot skills, then I clawshoted from a pillar onto the dragon's tail and then somehow switched clawshot hands while hanging there and I was stuck, my graphic looked like I was holding onto his tail but I wasn't I was hanging in mid air, but still "connected" to the dragon somehow for he would "pull" me when he flew around, like I was holding on to some fishing line and he was giving me a ride! It was so cool! I got to see the city from almost every angle and I even went through a tower (It wasn't solid!
) None of my buttons worked except pauseing, I got it all on a VHS tape but I don't know howto post it online ![]() It was the awesomest thing I ever did!

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
I know another one!
- Go to Ordon Village and there is that vine on the side of that rock where you climb to reach Hawk Grass. - Now get out a bomb and lay it right in front of the vines while you jump on it. However, don't climb up! Just stay where Link first holds it. - When the bomb explodes, Link will fly into the rock and he will swim in the sky! Now what I do is that I give him the Zora's tunic to wear and allow him to wear the Iron boots. He will just sink forever and ever and ever... If you look around, Link is swimming in the sky and the village is long gone above his head. But you can't swim around because he mysteriously falls deeper into the sly and you end up back in the village. Weird huh?

Wind Waker:
Facing into Hyrule Field from the entrance to Ganon's Tower, go over to the other side with the stairs, and stand very close to the hookshot target. Aim for the very top of the target, you may have to move around a bit, but you will eventually end up on top of the arch. From here you can use your deku leaf to get into Hyrule Field ![]() |

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
A new glitch has been found in TP known as the teleport glitch. It will disable loading triggers (both walk-ins and doors). It seems bad but a use has already been found - skipping Asheis sketch. At the foot of snowpeak, if you try to go through the snowstorm without the reekfish scent, you will get warped back to the entrance, but if you use the teleport glitch, you can go through it as long as you know your way.
So for there are only 2 known ways to dissable the glitch: Dig as wolf or going to a howling stone (either can be used for skippinmg Ashies sketch). Warning: If you walk too far past a loading zone you will fall into a void forever and you will not die. Link will keep falling until you reset because death counts as a loading trigger and it cant do that. Walking through doors can make you fall into a void and cause the same thing. Just be careful with this. |

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread
Twilight Princess Glitches
Early Snowpeak Temple, discovered by myself =p To do this glitch, go to the path leading up to Snowpeak, then simply press Z and the right Directional button on the controller at the same time. Run all the way up to the top of the mountain, and activate the howling stone to get out of the warp glitch. The warp glitch can only be done on the GCN version of Twilight Princess Swim with Water Bombs / Air Gauge Refill Glitch Go into any body of water, and equip the iron boots. When you land, start walking and take out a waterbomb. When Link puts his hand back to take out a waterbomb, quickly press the select item button and replace your equipped iron boots with an item, so that you no longer have boots assigned to a button. You are now swimming with a live bomb! To replenish your air gauge, simply press A to drop the bomb.
