Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread

Just yesterday I was playing WW and I was near the windmill on Winfall island and somehow I accidently got pushed through the wall by the cart when it was rotating by me! I dont know how it exactly it happened but it looked awesome inside. you can go underneath the island from there(its just water) and if you jump behind one of the doors you enter it without opening it.

Ghost ship glitch:

Stand before the treasure in TWW the ghost ship, take an angle like you want to jump on it and jump attack. If you did well, your game is now stuck.

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread

I figured out the glitches, and I discovered that the famous fly Epona glitch is indeed in TP!
Activate the warp break, then get on Epona and head to a place that would normally load a new area, like Kakariko Gorge-Kakariko Village. Ride through the entrance, and Epona will end up riding over nothing! You can go anywhere and check out the scenery.

Two notes:
1. If you fly above a loaded chasm, you will fall in and be unable to get out. You must save and quit.
2. Some transitions have impassable walls. These do not allow you to perform the glitch. One example is the transition from Link's house to Ordon Village. You will just end up at an invisible wall and have to warp out of the area.

It's called Infinite Sword Glitch or ISG. It's a very famous glitch that exists in OoT and MM. It allows you to Bombchu hover (in OoT) and Bombchu jump (in MM.)

For the record, bombchu jumping is so ridiculously easy compared to the bombchu hovering.

By the way, does the coral earring become unattainable if you enter Snowpeak Ruins on a glitch? I want to get the ball and chain and leave, but I don't know if I'll forfeit the earring.

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread

I've encounted a glitch similar to the one many people have come across when trying to warp the canon. After completing the Arbiter's Grounds, then wandering around Zora's Domain showing the Zoras Ashei's sketch of the "beast", I ended up at North Zora's River. Somehow I got trapped in a battle with three shadow beasts. But here's the problem: Because Iza is standing right there, Midna won't let me transform into a wolf or warp, and because I had saved in that place, restarting the game just puts me right back there. So I can't leave the spot that I'm standing in, and I have no way of killing all three shadow beasts. Help??

Use the spin attack, if you get it right you can kill 2 or all 3 at the same time.

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread

Here's a nice glitch if you got timing skills. Called Back In Time Glitch *Equipped*
The Back In Time Glitch is where you reset the game just right during a fall to return to the title screen. However you can control Link a bit during this time. If you do this same glitch again and hit start to choose a game file, then you'll start the game fighting King Bublin with your current weapons. With this glitch Epona you can get the iron boots right away.

Post "Send Colin and the Moblin king to their doom" glitch

This one's from Twilight Princess for GC:

After I got the iron boots from the Mayor, I went back to Karkariko. The cutscene where Colin is stolen away plays, and you have to chase after the big green guy on a pig who has Colin tied up on a pole. Now, if I recall correctly, the point of the chase is to simply smack him as many times with your sword as possible until he goes to the bridge-- correct? But I just HAD to be different, didn't I.

While chasing him, I accidentally pushed the Moblin king over the edge of the canyon into oblivion. And Colin too.

Now this is interesting:
After riding around for a little bit (the moblin minions keep coming; they're infinite!) I found the Moblin's mount, standing stationary in the middle of the field, Colin still on the pole. The Moblin king was nowhere to be found. Yes, I tried riding the Moblin King's armored swine (didn't work). You can walk right through its middle, but its head is still solid. You can even push it around a bit. But there doesn't seem to be anything else to do now.

So, there's a tasty glitch for you.

Guess no one is interested :0( Good find, though, sis :0)

I wonder if you can push him over the edge of a cliff or something nearby...

(anyway we'll be over in a few with some homemade brownies, hehe)

well you may have read this under my locked thread but I used action replay by playing without a shield up to the mirror shield then made people supper small. not damaging to the game.

Great, now people are botting for this title. Means my efforts of actually working for it were in vain.

Re: Official GC & Wii Zelda Glitch Thread

This may seem a lot like my very first post on these forums, but I have a data.bin link. (the file that should be worked on is the second one)

http://uploading.com/files/35e45436/data.bin/

You know the glitch to skip the Ordon Sword, right? Here's a video on it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cbrew6UPK1M

Anyway, I would do the glitch and post a data.bin of the glitched file (since the glitch is, according to the video-maker, really hard, so it would benefit those who can't do the glitch themselves) BUT there's one problem.

I can't do the glitch.

So if there's anyone out there who can, please take the time to do it on the second file of this data.bin and post it on this thread benefiting me and all others who want to keep the Wooden Sword. (the name doesn't matter, people like playing around with glitch saves)

(Oh, and speaking of the first post I made, I've since done my second playthrough of OoT and I can get Epona fine now. I guess that now that I have experience with Zelda games it comes easily to me now. But this is different.)

- I climbed up to the highest tree where a massive beehive stands in the way. This is the very first time you get bee larvae in the beginning of the game after Beth's father tries shooting it down and askes for help.
- Anyway, when I was standing up there on the highest branch, I accidentally released my worm onto the ground way below and I fell down to obtain it again.
- HOWEVER, when I was done there, the worm was in front of me and I couldn't put it in my bottle for some reason, even after running around in every angle to scoop it up. The game just couldn't work out that it existed right in front of Link.
- I climbed up to the top of the tree branch again and... The word 'scoop' appeared on the bottom of the screen. But the worm was all the way down on the ground below... A pretty far distance.
- So I scooped up the worm after pressing the button when the word 'scoop' appeared on the bottom of the screen.

Funny though because the worm was metres below me and there was no way possible that Link could scoop it easily from such a great distance. It doesn't do any harm to the game or file at all.
It's just one of those small glitches that was just really big when it comes to physics!
I know this is an old post but I wanted to add that I came across this too, and it is really funny, since you can drop a worm off the Bridge of Eldin, and come back to the edge and scoop it up again!
