Re: What Bloodline relations does this Link, OoT Link and WW Link have?

Well that's what I heard, I didn't mean for it to get into a timeline discussion. I swear though, someone else said something about it. I will have to play through it again.

All three of these Links are related. In response to Ganondorf, he didn't mean he was a reincarnation. He was suprised at what he saw, and remarked that Link could actually be the Hero destined to stop him.

He only has the Deku shield on his back if that's the last shield you had him wear. If you had him wear the Hylian Shield last, then he will be wearing that during the ending. Much like how adult Link wears the clothes you fought Ganon in during the ending.

Therefore Link must have bought a Hylian Shield before he went to see Zelda.

Re: What Bloodline relations does this Link, OoT Link and WW Link have?

Perhaps each "Link" has been pre-determined and pre-destined by the gods. I dont think there is any long-lasting lineage that interconnect the green-clad heroes in each game, but a set of common moral principles and a common destiny that each of them shared. I.E. to be called upon to thwart a great evil when need arises. They aren't related at all, not by blood any way. But the Link in OoT was the first Link, and the first to wield the master sword against Ganon. Thats why I named my quest logs in TP and WW somthing besides "Link", because their completley different people seperated by hundred-year generation gaps.

Original intent was that every Link was related. That is the reason why Ganondorf states that he is going to exterminate both Link and Zelda's descendants.

Except in WW (nor TP) he does seem to give Link much particular notice like he totaly wants to destroy him because of "who" he is related to. Ganondorf never really seems to take into account his reasonings for wanting to destroy the hero, unless that hero is trying to ruin his plans. I'm sure if he really mean't what he said about killing Links descendants he would notice that in Link right away and kill him in WW when he had the chance. TP is a mystery though on this matter.

Ganondorf was a much different man in The Wind Waker then he was in Ocarina of Time. In fact, he was a much different man in Twilight Princess then he was in both The Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time.

Perhaps. bUt old age does not give him credit to miracelously making him seem good in any way. I simply think Ganondorf decided not to kill him for either my previous reason or becuase he underestimeted Link. I'm sure he felt no reason to kil Link anyway because he thought the Triforce was within his grasps.
