LOL, I concur with Ganonslayer. I have never heard of "fine tuning" a game taking two years either. However, I don't doubt that Nintendo has put in a massive effort to make
TP the best Zelda game ever. IGN has a new "Games of Fall" feature up and they mention
TP as being THE GREATEST SINGLE VIDEO GAME OF ALL TIME. The reason why I capitalized that sentence is because thats a huge statement. I just don't know how you can give
TP that kind of title when the game isn't even out yet! We hardly know anything about the twilight realm/wolf link gameplay and thats a HUGE part of the game. I sure hope
TP ends up being the greatest of all-time, but I think IGN giving it that title already is a little premature. IGN also went on to say that
TP will be the greatest launch title in the history of video games.
I wonder if Nintendo is being affected by all of this hype themselves? I mean the development team has a TON of pressure on their shoulders. Major media outlets are hailing
TP as the greatest of all-time (IGN) and countless other people are saying it will at least be one of the greatest, if not THE greatest. Expectations are so high, that I really wonder if this is the reason why there is so muchy secrecy around the game. Nintendo must now realize that this game simply cannot disappoint on any level what so ever. How did the hype get so out of control? No other game in recent memory has garnered this much attention and I hope all of this hype doesn't affect the outcome of Nintendo's latest project.
I would like to hear everyone elses thoughts on this matter so let the discussion begin!
