I hijacked two of the programs in Wind Waker and wrote a program to use the water's height for link's Y coord. I compile it and use it in an Action Replay code at which point I can give it to anyone to use.
The test maps aren't nearly as complicated as my Walk on Water code though.

And btw, my apologies for saying bad things in the thread title, al if i cant understand someone could bother it.. its your opinion and if someone can tell me how to edit your Thread Title, i will change it.

You need only an AR to use my codes. To hack them it takes a BBA, a copy of PSO episodes 1&2, a crossover cable and a program on a computer. It is also something that takes time to learn. You don't have to learn the programming language like I did but then you'll never make codes like walk on water.

I wasnt asking how to make such a thing, but how to view or play if yours is done..

Your question was vague so I answered both. The first line, "You need only an AR to use my codes." answered the question you intended to ask.

I think the coolest test map would have to be the one with the 25,000 floatpoint tall wall. *the ocean is only 1/5 that depth!*
