Magic Upgrade Question
On a few of the F.A.Q.s that I have visited, listed all the upgrades available in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. One of which is the magic upgrade. The people said that you could double your magic-meter by going to Two-Eye Reef and killing the Big-Octo. I cannot find the Big-Octo!!!! Where is it?!?!!?

near the Two-Eye Reef. It's not always there. If you see a bunch of seagulls flying around in circle then it means that the Big octorock is there. And you just have to go there and you will face the Big octorock.

I don't know, I don't work with inches. I live in europe so I work with centimetres. I suggest you find a screenshot of Tww with the magic meter displayed on the screenshot and check if you magic meter is the same. If no, then you know that it's a double magic meter or normal.

You can't ask for inches because it just depends on the size of your television, anyway, the double magic meter will be the same length of 10 hearts (above magic meter).

Take out your telescope and find seagulls circling around and sail into the middle of it... Are you sure you're at Two Eye Reef?

Use the help thread when you're stuck in a game. Now, I will say that the best way to find the Big Octo is to look for a flock of sea gulls. When you see the gulls, sail out to that area, and the Big Octo will pop up. Finding them can be a bit frustrating, but if you see no gulls after a long search, you're probably in the wrong sector.
