Skyward Sword Glitches

Please post any glitches you find in the game on this thread, and I will add them to this OP. So far, I haven't found any, but if anyone finds any like I said, please post on this thread.

EDIT: Found some! Thank you youtube! Again, if you find any please leave a post on this thread. I'll do the same if I find any, haven't managed to yet though, lol.

Glitches

• Fall Through the World

Can be triggered by sprinting up a rock/pillar found in the Eldin Volcano, near the entrance of the Earth Temple.

• Early Lake Floria

This glitch occurs in Faron Woods. If the player goes on the hill in Faron Woods where there is a decorated gate along the edge of it, if the player jumps and does a jump attack aimed at the fence the player can get on top of the fence. Then the player can run across and across it to get to Lake Floria.

• First Ghirahim fight Glitch

This glitch occurs in the first Ghirahim boss fight. If the player is Z targeted on to Ghirahim and is walking backwards, sometimes, the wii remote may get "stuck" and Link will not stop walking backwards and the music will stop playing. The player will be unable to control Link and will have to watch him be killed by Ghirahim while the player can do nothing.

Ghirihim boss battle (can only walk backwards)

Edit: Ninja'd the first glitch lol. I was writing it and then I published and saw your post. I presume the link you showed for the first one is the original so I'll change it to that one.

Whenever I was playing in Skyloft, I picked the cat up and took him over to the statue of the bird that's missing the eye. I tried to set him on the statue and whenever I did this he would slide down it, run for a second and then start to fly. I tried this several times and each time it had the same effect. He would fly off the edge of Skyloft and then curve round and return to land. I'd love someone else to try it to see if it works for them too

Huh, strange, I'll give it a try next time I'm in Skyloft.

that's how the cat things are supposed to behave...

Hey I also found this glitch that looks to be somewhere in Faron woods but could also be a later temple because the player has many hearts and a big wallet.

They're supposed to fly? I've never seen them fly before...how are you meant to trigger it? It certainly doesn't happen when you chuck them off the edge of Skyloft

They're meant to fly, and they do fly when you throw them off. I dunno why they don't seem to everytime though. But in any case it is definitely an intentional thing. Maybe you didn't see it because it got caught under a ledge or something while rising? I noticed they seem to try and fly back to their spawn location, not the location they get thrown from.

Last night my batteries went low for the first time. Fi alerted me, then the second time she said my hearts were low but I had full health, the third time it was batteries again. So I guess low health and batteries get mixed up sometimes.

Just remembered something, it's not exactly major, game breaking, fun, or whatever, but still kind of a glitch.

I had 17 rupees.

I went to play the bamboo slicing minigame.

The guy said 10 rupees, I said yes.

And he went all "WELL WTF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH RUPEES WHY EVEN BOTHER TALKING TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE, OH WANNA PLAY FOR FREE? WELL THAT'S TOO BAD 'CAUSE I WON'T LET YOU."

I just couldn't get him to let me play even though I had more than enough rupees. I had to go outside and get a blue rupee before he would let me play.

No clue what triggered, dunno if there's even a trigger, it might be just a general mistake.

Woah, this actually happened to me too. Maybe the guy doesn't open the game until you're past a certain point in the story and they forgot to give him some "this isn't open yet" text?

I need to record it, but here's a small, yet funny kinda glitch. I decided to mess around and attempt to throw a remlit through the window of the barn like thing with water and a chest. The remlit kept spazzing in the window until I ran up and knocked it to the other side. Again, it is kind of a glitch because the cat got stuck in an area you probably weren't meant to be tossing things into. It was quite amusing, but certainly not a game changer!

Oh great, a glitch that occurs during the first Ghirahim battle? What next?

I just hope it's a rare glitch.

Edit: Watching the video, it seems that might only happen if Link backs all the way to the wall?

No, because all he did to fix that was getting a blue rupee from outside.

I returned to Skyloft from the entrance to the Deep Woods and now I am unable to summon my loftwing to leave Skyloft. I think I may have triggered a glitch as my controller was dying, causing my loftwing to dive toward/into Skyloft.

Does anyone know why this happened or if there is any way to correct the error?

Can we put Sequence breaks in this thread also? Such as Early Key in Ancient Cistern and skip half of Lanayru dessert.
