Are you a Zelda fan?

Just looking at the title and first post, I gotta side with DoubleA on this one. The intent is beyond clear.

No, I don't think so. I just think that people had fun with TP but didn't find it to be the best. Like how I view TWW, I love it, but I don't find it to be the better of the series. How can you not hate it unless you've enjoyed it at some point? Hmm? The poll was more to see if people overexaggerate or if they truly say "Eff this, I hate my life because this game isn't everything I wanted it to be."

A Zelda fan isn't one who loves every Zelda game, but all GCN Zeldas have been extremely similar in story, characters, setting, gameplay, puzzles etc. To down right hate a Zelda doesn't make crap for sense if you really are a fan.

So don't go overboards and start crying because I'm trying to make you look bad or something, it's a simple question. Did you enjoy both TWW and TP? Not did you love it, like it or not hate it...did you enjoy it. And I don't know about you guys, but if I HATE a video game there is no chance in heck I will finish it. If I really hated a Zelda game, I'd get to level 3 and say, this game sucks, I'm done. But it seems to me that every TP "hater" has actually finished the game, which tells me that you actually had some CRAZY impulse to make yourself suffer through an apparently, horrible, unjustifiable game.

...If I'm not enjoying a game, then I'm not going to finish it. I originally rented TWW, and since the Forsaken Fortress was so crappy, I almost put the game down before it started. And then stopped again at the Triforce Hunt. If I'm not finding enjoyment as in "receiving pleasure or satisfaction from" the game that I'm putting myself through then forget it. If I do pull through it's because I don't hate it and I found some form of entertainment from it.

Anyways I love pears. You may dislike pears but you also happen to like an entire series of pears. Or maybe apples. TP is just another apple, except this one is bigger and shinier.

No, I dislike all pears. TP is a pear. OoT, MM and WW are apples, which I happen to love.

However, given motivation, I would eat a pear without complaining. I played through TP motivated by the feelings of enjoyment I recieved from past Zeldas: I was hoping TP would at least finish as a good game. Turns out it didn't.

Aslong as we're on fruit -especially apples, I'm gonna say this:
Sometimes the biggest shiniest apple is also the one that attracts the worm. The better something is expected to be, the greater it can fall.

On that note, I had an apple a few days ago and it was aweeesome. Probably the best apple ever. It was huge. How can TP be a pear if it's of the same family tree of Zelda apples. Doesn't make any sense.

In conclusion, aside from 4 people, everyone has enjoyed the GCN additions to the Zelda series. And for that reason I'm satisfied...

Wait why are we comparing Zelda games to apples and pears?
They are obviously more like oranges. =P
