magic armor READ BEFOR POSTING

The magic armor can't protect you from everything. It does not provent drowning and I would not recomend getting this to anyone. the magic armor is verry expensive and hard to be able to perchase. It also is kind of like a cheat code if you got 100 poes because you can then where it forever. The only thing I whould say is good about the magic armor is that it looks realy cool. I was thinking everyone hated the magic armor but I desided to put it to a test. To see what people like doing more. getting the magic armor or just passing by.

Re: magic armor READ BEFOR POSTING

I like to getting it; is a fun side-quest and is necesary if you want the 100% of the game.

And is of a little help in the battles against Ganondorf or in the Cave of Ordeals.

Also, if you have the Zora Armor, why the lack of this hability in the MA bothers you???

hmmm

IMO the magic armor well i thought it was nice although i didnt use it in the Ganondorf battle i only used it when i felt slack and wanted to completely rape something, now i may sound like im dissing Tp but we can all agree this armor wasn't necessary because of how easy the game was

Re: magic armor READ BEFOR POSTING

The side-quest was fun. But the armor....... Useless. But it was something big in the game since its one of the few things you spend your rupees on. It absorbs rupees really fast and if you get hit, about 30 rupees drop down. I personally hated its use. The only positive thing about it is its design.

Re: magic armor READ BEFOR POSTING

There was so little to do in the game besides the main quest that would help your main quest, so I just got it anyway.

It looked cool, sad how you couldn't wear it for the sake of wearing it (unless you got all the poes).

I got it, but only used it with that drink that makes you glow gold till you're hurt. And the only time I did that was when I was delivering the final blow on Ganondorf, cause it looks really cool.

Oddly, I never thought of that.

You never need to use it, but it doesn't hurt anything to get, and it makes you a god.

Hate the side quest and the armor. I spent to much money on all of it just to get ripped off because the stupid armor drains your rupees so fast.

Re: magic armor READ BEFOR POSTING

I don't if anyone else does his but when fighting Ganondorf I always switch to the Magic Armor before cutscenes because Link looks really awesome with all the gold plated armor in the cutscenes. In the battles though, I always switch back; I am very conservative about my rupees.

So yes, I LOVE getting the Magic Armor.

If I did get it, I'd only use it in the Cave of Ordeals vs the 3 Darknuts.

Re: magic armor READ BEFOR POSTING

I love getting it. I love getting it for the sole purpose of getting rid of all the ♥♥♥♥ing rupees.

In this game, all dungeon chests are marked on the dungeon map. There's no way to tell what's in these chests without opening them (except for the black ones). Much of the time, the chests are filled with rupees. If one cannot carry all of those rupees, they are placed back inside the chest. This chest, which contains nothing remotely useful, still shows up on the dungeon map with no indication that you've opened it before. When searching for, say, something useful like the dungeon item or a small key, your map now contains several chest markers which contain rupees and one that contains the treasure you require. But you cannot remember which of these many chests are just full of crap that you can't have anyways and which ones contain vital objects.

With the Magic Armor, you can drain away all of your excess, useless rupees and get those useless chests off your damn map.

I love getting the magic armor too. It looks awesome and while it does drain your rupees pretty fast it's fun to walk around as invincible god for a short time.

I don't like it much. The game was too easy for it to be useful anyway.
Although I did like putting on the Magic Armor, Iron Boots and Double Clawshot and walking around like a robot. =D
