Bring back the races

I think it's a good idea to keep in mind that some races die off over time in the games, or they simply change. TWW brought this to our attention with the few Gorons that remained as merchants and the Zoras changed into the... birds (the name escapes me).

Speaking of, I found it quite ironic that once the world had been covered in water, the water breathing, living, swimming, race turns into friggin birds. Hard to flap around a gigantic ocean with seldom an island now isn't it?

I've come to believe they resemble Hylians more than Zoras, but I believe the official statement is they evolved from Zoras. I guess either the wide open sea that's dominated by Gyorgs isn't good for Zoras, afterall.

I thought this was friggin retarded too...

I think they need another WW game where link gets to explore under the ocean and interacts with the remaining zoras and gorons (because evidently they can breath under water)

I call discontinuity on the water breathing Gorons. That's just not right. And the Zora sunbathing near a volcano. She's half fish. Why would she want to sunbathe?

In Zelda wii 2 I want hylians,humans and all races from oot or TP.

Gerudo's were really only in OOT but people like Ganon made a follow up of the Gerudo meaning they were not extinct. But what I want to see back are the Koroks and Rito from WW. Gorons and Zoras can stay because they hold the whole Fire and water element. But by adding Koroks and Ritos that gives us grass and wind elements. Twilight princess had a forest temple but It did not have a cool race like the Kokiris or Koroks it was just monkeys! You cant kill classics, And if you cant kill them bring them back!

To me, it can be used to make a point:

Seeing that the races have overcome they're superstitions and fears, they have come out of isolation from one another, and the races have began to integrate with each other... hence the Zoras in Death Mountain, and the Gorons pretty much everywhere.

With Hyrule being united, It is very possible that the Gerudos and Sheikah(and Kokiri?) have integrated into Hylian culture, bred(I can't think of a better word right now) with the Hylians, and are now living among them. It seems very likely seeing that they were the only "humanoid" races in OoT, but are now missing.

Twilight princess did just that, I don't know how you people can over look that not only did Twilight Princess bring back the races, but also introduced new ones.

I hope the new Zelda rumor for wii is true.

I would like them to bring back all the races, that was one of my favorite parts in MM/OOt

Do you really think they could put the Gerudos in a city. They look a little better in the desert. but what if they made a Zelda game that took place in the great war and the sheikah would be in it?

Yeah but they were in TP.

I want the Gerudo to make an appearance so badly! When i realised that Ganondorf was the only major Gerudo character I was going to be seeing it sucked real bad....The Gerudo's inperfections make them seem so much more human than the other races in the game and while I don't believe that they are evil they are far from the other innocent(kokiri) and noble (hylians zorans gorons) races of Hyrule. I would love for a major female Gerudo character to star in a future Zelda game!

In Twilight princess there could have a least been Gerudos in the Gerudo desert!

I'd like the Minish to make a minor appearance, sorta like how Skull Kid did in TP. It'd be nice for the OoA/S races to coem back too, it'd be like a family reunion :O

In addition Fanadi, Renado, and Luda seem to be of sheikah descent. Actually the Twili could be too.
